Subject: Urgent Investigation Request – Account No. 622861

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally report serious issues concerning my account No. 622861. My account password was changed without my knowledge or consent, and my account balance has been wiped out.

The person who contacted me using the email kevinmcphiee preferredlimited.com and the phone number +44 7853 881173 should be investigated. I request a thorough review of all communications with this individual.

Since I registered my account, no employee of your company has ever contacted me. However, yesterday, a person claiming to be Marco contacted me. He presented conflicting statements:
• First, he said I did not know him.
• Then, he said he was an IB broker.
• Later, he claimed he had been fired.

These contradictions are concerning and suspicious. I request a full investigation of my account, a review of all communications, and compensation for the losses incurred due to these actions.

Please treat this matter with the highest urgency and provide me with a written response regarding the investigation and the measures to rectify the situation

It was nice experience for me

It was nice experience for me, some time I have faced some problem to upload documents for verification, then preferred team solved that problem, and withdrawal process is too good.

SCAM broker

SCAM broker, do not pay withdrawal request, working with alot of scam artist currently advertising aggressively on Facebook.
I just notice now that, after asking for withdrawal these people started placing illegal trades on my account to drain my account, they placed over 2000 trades within a space of few minutes to ensure the account is drained. I have never this level of fraud, it is pathetic. I have kept all evidence of their fraudulent activity on my account. I asked for withdrawal on the 07.07.2025 they drained my account on the 08.07.2025, till now my withdrawal request still pending while they have already drained my account with fake trades.
