Unseriöser Anbieter

Der Anbieter hat über idealo Preise ins Internet gestellt, die ich dann für den Kauf eines Fernsehers genutzt habe. Das Geld wurde über Kreditkarte sofort abgebucht. Nach Tagen hab ich dann auf der Seite gesehen, dass der Auftrag storniert wurde, weil sie anscheinend nicht nach Spanien liefern wollen, obwohl sie die Liefergebühren erhoben haben Das Geld wurde jedoch nicht zurück erstattet. Wir haben eine Frist gesetzt und werden dann einen Anwalt einschalten und das Unternehmen wegen Betruges anzeigen.
