Upon arrival of my ‘Genuine Pandora charm’ I noticed that this was advertised wrong and was in fact a FAKE. No genuine Pandora stamp marks on the charm like all my other genuine Pandora charms do have. I emailed Milly to mentioned this and asked for a refund due to the product being advertised wrong and I was told I need to return the charm at my own cost if I wanted a full refund. Under the UK customer Law, when goods are not as described, not authentic, or do not match what was advertised, the seller is responsible for all reasonable cost of return - including postage. This means it is not my responsibility to pay for the return postage but I received an email back stating I didn’t send photos to prove I’m right. After sending her photos of my FAKE charm against my real ones and taking off the Pandora website about how to tell if they are authentic or not to prove to her that I’m not trying to pull a fast one, she replied to me stating the charm stamp is ‘WORN’. There was an ALE stamp but no S925 or 925 stamp which proves it is not genuine Pandora. So I then sent further photos that it’s not ‘WORN’ and is in fact missing the S925 stamp and she replied with “This is the last time I will reply. You can send it back for a full refund. Thanks.”
Of course I’ve replied asking if she’d send me the return label and I’ll happily send the item back and she responded saying she doesn’t provide return labels. Although I have already stated the law that it is not my responsibility to pay for the return due to the item being a FAKE. I do not recommend this seller to anyone and to AVOID at all costs. You cannot sell counterfeit items and state they are genuine, it is illegal and as a lot of other people have already done, I’m taking this to trading standards.

Sends out fakes. Tried to talk to the seller. Turned aggressive after showing the item is clearly fake. Definitely not buying again.

Shocking company!! Beyond belief…. Please read the reviews & stay away. (I wish I did).
The item arrived damaged and the buyer argued with me saying it was not, she was very rude & unprofessional. NO STAMP on the necklace, I was recommended by a high street jewellers to send this back as it was obviously fake! I am reporting this to trading standards & Klarna are investigating the case/company.

Disgusting customer service, different names being used to run this so called business, very unprofessional, when questioning about counterfeits manager becomes extremely rude and unhelpful and doesn’t refund for fakes being sent out, orders missing items, surprised trading standards haven’t stepped in yet after all the complaints, to be continued….

Sold my old Pandora stuff that I had no interest in anymore. Far better price than a jeweller would offer as they only take for scrap value. Much harder to sell privately so thank you Melissa for making this so easy for me! Have already recommended this site to my sister :)

I posted in four charms from a very organised Royal Mail delivery office (Heathfield, East Sussex) after reading her website. Only to find out that (despite it not being clear) she requires bundles of six charms. & she said she never received an envelope of 4 & asked for RM tracking. (If I were to buy tracked postage nowadays it would make the send-in financially viable). This isn’t a service.
Also, its .com domain is American.
Don’t trust this site!

I personally can not review as not bought myself but have friends who have and they have received goods in poor condition or had them verified at a pandora store as fakes My advice was to report to trading standards.I would also advice people to read the negative reviews before buying they can't all be wrong.

I sold some unwanted Pandora jewellery through this site. I uploaded the pictures on Tuesday morning, received a fair offer later that day, posted them on Wednesday, received payment on Thursday. Good communication and faultless experience.

I sold quite a lot of Pandora items to Melissa, she seemed lovely at first but boy did she change. I sent her pictures of some charms/bracelets etc that i wanted to sell, she gave me a quote of £275 which was so undervalued but unfortunately i needed the money quick, i sent them to her, she said the money would be in my account the next day, after a few days the money was not in my account, i knew she had received them as tracked on Royal Mail, i messaged her to say the money wasn't in my account, she put it in a few hours later, but no message saying 'sorry its late', i am wondering if i hadn't chased the money up she would never have put it in my bank account. Sent another picture of some more charms, she gave me a quote, the day after i sent an updated picture, the same charms from the day before but another eight added, she then gave me a quote roughly £100 less than the original, when i messaged her and said that cannot be right as eight more charms have been added she said i was rude and does not want to buy from me ever again. As other people have said, she seems nice at first, but as soon as you question something she turns on you, just for asking a question. Found her to be extremely rude and the outcome was very very strange. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

I sold my pandora bracelet with charms to this company after not wearing it for about 8 years. I decided to sell it to pre loved pandora boutique as trying to sell each charm would have been a lot of work! It would have taken months on vinted or ebay. Jeweller's will also offer a lot less as they are only really interested in the value of silver. Melissa offered me a great price and was really helpful with my questions . My partner also accidentally sent the item without putting our bank details and name to receive payment but she replied to my email regarding this straight away and got it sorted. I received payment on the same day as it being received. Thank you Melissa!x

I contacted about selling my Pandora. Very quick response. I took a while to send it back and worried the original quoted price may have changed but I was paid what she quoted. Very fast response time and communication. Would recommend and sell In future. Thank you!

Disgusting company/owner. Order a pair of earrings never turned up. The owner tried to say I was lying and point-blank refused to help. She said she would not help me and that was the end of it. She now has £35 of my money for a product that I never came. I have ordered from here before, cheap packaging and unsure if it’s all genuine Pandora items as the ring I ordered looked fake. I would advise anyone to stay away from this website and hope you never have the same issue as I have had yesterday. For a company to pride themselves on customer service to be treated the way I have been is laughable. Be extremely cautious.

I've sold 2 bracelets, 1 necklace and 15 charms. I was happy with the initial offer. when I posted my pandora stuff to her I had found another few charms. I put a note in the envelope asking if she would consider a slightly higher amount. 2 days after posting the higher amount was in my PayPal account.

Beware of this company when ordering large orders from her. She will shipped out your orders with missing items. When I sent her an email, she claimed that she hand picked them herself and the order should be right. I had one order from her back in March and was missing a set of Pandora clips, I sent her an email and she never responded. Two months later, I gave a chance and decided to order from her again. When my order came, it was missing 6 items. I had to email her constantly. She sent in the 4 items that she forgot to sent. She refunded the other two items but refunded the incorrect amount for one of the items. I am not sure if it was an accident or not for her to not add the correct items in my package. I want to support her business, but seems sketchy. I am not going to buy from her again. I don’t know if anyone is having the same issue or not. Always double check your order especially if you had a large order.

So I’ve just had the two charms verified by pandora themselves and their “FAKES” not surprised in the slightest! Rude seller, her real name is Melissa, I only know this due to receiving an extremely rude email! She can’t take any criticism at all even when she is in the wrong! She should not be allowed to sell illegal counterfeit items on a secure website, I’ve contacted trading standards as she’s now boasting about her million pound turnover 🤦‍♀️ doubt it very much 🤣 but if she has it’s by scamming customers, I myself was scammed so I am taking further action against her company

Fabulous! I wanted a gift for my daughters birthday, not really knowing anything about Pandora, I emailed PPB, who was extremely helpful and polite, she pointed me in the right direction. The charms and bracelet came promptly and in excellent condition. I will definitely be ordering again.

I used this retailer to sell 2 complete bracelets and 6 additional murano charms. I was offered a fair price and received payment very promptly. Great service.
