I had a terrible experience with their service. I've been their customer since 2021, but I unsubscribed due to frequent changes in their terms and policies. I sold projects to customers through them, but now my customers aren't receiving any photo gallery. I lost valuable customers because of Premagic's incompetence. When I contacted them, they were unhelpful and refused to provide a proper solution. They even demanded that customers pay again for projects that had already been sold. Even the project validity for customers is one year, and it hasn't expired yet. I'm sharing this here to warn others not to be fooled by Premagic."
Also the quality of the images in the signature album which was supposed to a deliverable was pretty bad. The selection images when downloaded too. Clients were constantly unhappy with the images in which the compression was bad. Better use another platform.

It appears that the issue you mentioned may have been caused by ambiguity or a lack of understanding of our subscription model. Your subscription to Premagic lasted from 2021 to 2023, at which point you decided to end your subscription and close your account.
As stated in our policy, when a photographer unsubscribes from our services, their associated links will expire accordingly. This is the standard practice for any subscription-based service, where access to the service and its features is available as long as the user remains subscribed. Once the subscription period ends and the user chooses not to resubscribe, the services will no longer be available.
However, we do offer the option to extend these links, and all of this information was clearly explained to you by our support team, who are still actively working with you to facilitate this process.
