Have been chasing Chris Slater of Premier Architectural for 3 years now to get my bifold doors rectified. He doesn't return calls or emails and only responded when I contacted Shuco direct, as he was listed as a recommended installer. Still unresolved. He takes peoples money and does not finish the job. Has closed previous companies and liquidated, now operating as TRADE WINDOW INSTALLATIONS LTD

Steer clear if you don't want a nightmare!

UPDATE: IF YOU PAY A DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY IS AT RISK!!!! We paid a deposit for windows that were never made/delivered. Chris Slater refused to return our deposit. In the end we had to go through the courts to get our money back.

Honestly I’ve never come across a company where you are constantly chasing to get anything delivered, and then once delivered don’t expect any service if things go wrong. I’m still waiting for Chris to arrange for his team to come and resolve an issue. I’m sure that Chris will blame Covid and then supply issues. However the truth of the matter is Chris will give you a date on when his team will come and then constantly fail to turn up. Basically I personally would avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being given the run around and have have a high tolerance for stress and broken promises

Nightmare and disaster! I just hope that anyone who is thinking about ordering windows from them will read this review first and avoid a night mare experience!
At first we were very happy to find this company! Chris seemed to be a decent guy, very helpful and professional. We paid our deposit in July 2021 with the idea that windows will be definitely ready in December 2021... After excruciating pain, sleepless nights and months of chasing Chris, we had 5 windows out of 12 in April 2022...!!! We had to order the rest of the windows from someone else, urgently! So, in the end we paid double of what we would pay if we ordered our windows from any big company with good reputation from the beginning! We had 2 months delay of the project because of the windows delay... And now, we are trying to get our deposit back for 7 windows that we had outsource from different suppliers, and Chris seems to be very chilled about not to pay us our money back...
SO, please avoid this company, unless you want to get more grey hairs and less living years because of all the stress Chris will give you!
