We placed a very short notice order and the Team at Premier Products couldn't have been more helpful - they went out of their way to help us with our order needs and were able to pull it out of the bag to ensure that our order arrived with us in time for a major event that we are taking part in.
They kept us up to date every step of the way and when we got stuck with our art work they even helped to get things sorted.

Nicola was absolutely fantastic. I'd been tasked with sourcing a few suppliers for tote bags for our marketing team, and Nicola was personally recommended by a friend - and it goes without saying that I wasn't disappointed!

She was by far and away the best person I interacted with throughout my search (other companies were oftentimes too slow or blase in their responses), and she was incredibly meticulous when dealing with my query. Nicola provided a range of options, different qualities and colours, while ensuring speedy dispatches of sample bags for our team to assess.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her, and the company, to my own friends and associates. 5 stars! :)

First time using Premier Promotional Products and I don't think it will be the last. Worked to some very short time-lines and throughout the process their team were professional, organised, clear and very customer-focused. Products were delivered ahead of the planned date and followed up with a customer service call to make sure that everything was in order. Could not fault any aspect of their service.

We've been looking into the prospect of high quality embossed notebooks for almost 18 months. We are the the premier print finishing equipment supplier in the UK and any merchandising must be top notch. Well, after over 18 months of back and forthing, lots of samples, hundreds of different quotes and comparisons with other similar companies we finally hit the nail on the head with PPP. Their Benullo A5 notebooks are of the highest quality, the embossing is the epitome of luxury - simply stunning is what we would use to describe them. PPP maintained their professionalism throughout the long process, always kept me updated, weren't too pushy, gave the best overall value for money - They arrived yesterday and I'm well chuffed with them. We won't be looking anywhere else for next years order that's for sure.
