The fitter worked tirelessly and had to keep being delayed and having to source some items locally all of which ate into his time which is why he had to work until Saturday at 8pm

Everything was fully explained and well executed. The fitter, Rafal, was excellent: punctual, courteous and tidy and his work was of the highest order. He took great care over details and consulted me on the placement of the shower fitting and grab rails and the height of the stool etc. The finished walk in shower room and separate WC are superb. I am thrilled with the results.

My bathroom refit got off to a very bad start with the date being put back by two weeks, the communication about this was poor as I was receiving conflicting text messages to what I had been told
My fitter Gerry worked hard and long hours to work round issues that arose which did result on day 6 of the work with me being left with an unfinished bathroom, although Gerry was apologetic about this however there was zero customer service support from Premier Care or the surveyor who didn’t really want to know despite being sent photographs of the unfinished work.
A big thumbs up to Gerry the fitter, who since the ricky start has gone out of his way to finish the work the three stars are for him, but a zero for Premier

Following surgery, we needed a bathroom replacement suitable for limited mobility. We decided on this company and have been delighted with their work. From signing the sales agreement to the work being finished was just under 2 weeks, with the actual installation being completed in 2.5 days! Simon (installing and plumbing) and Dan (Electrician) worked quietly and efficiently, causing us minimum disruption. The finished job is excellent, and we are extremely pleased with the result.

Nick the Plumber/Fitter did a great job and consulted me on the position and height of seats and grab rails. There were a couple of issues which arose during the installation. These were resolved to my satisfaction.
Two outstanding jobs were completed by Mark, when the part became available. Eve called me several times during the installation to make sure I was happy with the work.

The company are very keen to call every day during fitting ! Once paid however ~ they do not have any customer care or follow through whatsoever ~~ do check that the plan you get is actually what they will deliver .

Initially problems arose with the actual scope of my new bathroom installation not being the same as was previously agreed with the company’s salesman. However, with support from head office and the company’s project manager/surveyor matters were resolved during the course of the installation work to my satisfaction.

I would like to make special reference to the company’s plumber Mr Mark Philips who installed my new bathroom. I can highly recommend Mark who undertook all his in a very satisfactory and professional manner. Also Mark very very approachable especially in discussing my queries that arose during his installation work.

Overall I can recommend Mobility Bathing/Premier Care to undertake bathroom renovation work.

Your text messages etc are next to impossible to read as they are light grey on white and very small I do not like Google and will not uce it.

Piotr and 'Mr Lech' did a wonderful job installing my new bathroom in a professional and in a timely manner. The experience from rep (David) and surveyor (Ravinder) to completion was seamless.
Both my home and myself were treated with respect and courtesy and the house was left clean and tidy at the end of the job.
