From start to finish all went well, staff all polite, end result is lovely. Someone checked everyday to make sure things were going to plan.

Following the visit, the drainage from the wash basin has become progressively slow again. The fitter thought it might be necessary to open up drainpipe covering, which was recently decorated. There is no criticism of the work done but the problem continues.

Quick response to query. Initial meeting was good & we were able to design our bathroom easily. Measurement meeting was also good & a larger shower base was included in our price. Simon arrived on the date & time stated & carried out the work quickly & efficiently; a daily phone call to see if we were happy was good. We gave 4* as on 1st use the shower base flooded due to insufficient drainage. Luckily the new waterptoof floor worked! This was simply rectified by Simon & we are now very pleased with our new shower. I would highly recommend this company for people with limited mobility. Ref No 207767.

Matt our fitter was excellent, we were pleased with the initial installation, he did a very neat job and the electrician was also very tidy with this work. However, we had a small issue with the flush running constantly, and Matt revisited us promptly and resolved the issue.

The whole experience was faultless from start to finish. ADAM the bathroom fitter was an extremely nice guy and very professional. He arrived each day on time and early and worked like a Trojan. ADAM kept checking with us through the installation that everything was as we expected. The bathroom is stunning and we're really pleased... Thank you again ADAM.

Initial survey was thorough and helpful advice and suggestions were useful in deciding preferred option. Installation was painless with thorough attention to the task and effective precautions to maintain access routes clean. Every effort made to keep work area maintained as clean and tidy as possible, and rubbish removed and tidily arranged for collection next day.

Very helpful plumber and electrician who worked around my existing small en suite bathroom to make a very attractive and functional new shower room

Although off to a bad start through original contractor, the new contractor was excellent
I was telephoned daily to ensure everything was OK parts and contractor had arrived on time.

The date I was given no one turned up, upon calling the company I was told my order hadn’t been booked in, I also called the 2nd time the same day to be told that both the fitter Andy & delivery would be the following day. The fitter Andy arrived but no delivery of goods. I was phoned to say that delivery would be the next day as they were waiting on a part. As soon as the delivery was made Andy set to work & completed the bathroom in 4 days & did an excellent job, I could not fault his work, it’s just a shame the admin let down the whole experience. I was phoned every day by Matt to check that everything was ok.

Sink has hairline crack in it, which happened when running hot water, it is a sink afterall !
After initial confusion over warranty, the job was completed very quickly, at NO charge to me. Fault reported Monday, replacement sink arrived Wednesday, plumber (Raphael) arrived today Thursday and did an excellent job. Very friendly, and professional, thank you.
Other than the initial difference of opinion at the start with Premier Care, the job was carried out quickly, and professionally. This alone, i would certainly say to anyone to use Premier Care without hesitation.
Particular thanks to Ron in customer care for his help, and kindness, and even a follow up call to see if everything was okay, excellent !

Very happy with our new bathroom, great quality fitting and installation was very good. Callum was very professional and tidy, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Excellent communication during the installation. The company tried very hard to make sure we were happy with everything and the installer returned promptly to remedy a small problem.

Very Good Service Everybody from Premier Bathing Solution company has been extremely helpful and supportive. The job was completed very well . Nigel the fitter did an excellent job. Dave the surveyor was very helpful . Robert and Matt were very supportive and helped each way of the installation. Overall we got excellent service.

owen the fitter worked none stop in awkward conditions my only complaint was they collected all the rubbish at 6pm when dark but in truth does it really matter top professional company
