Very happy with premier crafts. This was the second time we used their help (first time was 10 years ago). The whole journey was very professional and smooth and the work has been done to a very high standard. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Excellent service. From design to installation Premier Crafts have been professional and helpful. Work was completed quickly and the furniture is definitely built to last. Very pleased.

Thank you all so much what a excellent job you have done, from Jason designing it to the plasterer and electrician, Rebecca in the office keeping us informed throughout the process and Dave who fitted the bathroom. We are the moon and will certainly be getting back in touch for our ensuite.

From start to finish Premiercrafts did a wonderful job. Arran gave us a brilliant design for our kitchen and Paul made it happen. His attention to detail was second to none, he clearly took pride in his work and it showed in the result. we couldn't be happier.

We recently had our new kitchen installed and couldn't be happier with the result. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding —every detail had been carefully thought through, combining style with practical functionality.
The customer service throughout the process was equally impressive. Communication was clear, timely, and professional, and we always felt listened to. Any questions or changes were handled promptly and with a real sense of care and pride in the project.
The quality of the kitchen itself is second to none. You can tell just by opening a drawer or running your hand along the worktops that this is a product built to last.

Special mention has to go to the fitter, whose talent and attention to detail were exceptional.

We’re absolutely thrilled with the end result and would recommend this team to anyone looking for a kitchen that delivers on both design and quality, backed by genuinely excellent service.

Paul who fitted the wardrobes was fantastic who worked swiftly and accurately and did an amazing job!! We had absolutely no complaints at all about his workmanship. Paul hoovered up each night and left the place spotless. All rubbish was collected everyday.
We were very pleased with the design and especially the quality of the wardrobes and the final product fits and looks amazing

We had our kitchen, dining room and sun lounge converted into an open plan living area and our utility room refitted.
This involved knocking down walls, plumbing, electrical, plastering and joinery work as well as completely redesigning the kitchen and utility areas.
Aaron led on the design and project management supported by Richard who was always there to help with any queries we had. The tradesmen were all great, professional, friendly and hard working. Disruption was kept to a mimimum and much of the work was done whilst we were on holiday.
The end result is fantastic, it has completely transformed our house and so a big thank you to all involved.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Premier Crafts have been friendly, professional and efficient from the very first meeting I had with Rebecca at the Washington showroom to then discussing my kitchen design with Aaron at the Cleadon showroom. Aaron suggested great ideas for the best use of the space due to his expertise in design.

During the kitchen fitting, Richard communicated all schedules to keep me up to date on the project which I found not only very considerate, but also helpful. Reese, Jake and Paul could not have worked harder to get the job done in the short time that had been advised. All of their finishing touches have been completed to a very high standard.

I hugely appreciate all the extra personalised finishing touches that go over and above what is required. For example, the cleaning service offered once the kitchen had been fitted, plus the coasters and chopping board to match the work tops.

I would highly recommend Premier Crafts to anyone who is looking for a new kitchen. Thanks again to all of you I have mentioned and the wider team for all your hard work.

Premier Crafts were top class from start of the project to hand over. We had a full bathroom renovation including, new plumbing, electrics, plastering, panelling and tiling. All the work was carried out to a high standard and I was well informed throughout the project. All the staff at premier were great and have a high level of craftsmanship. Our bathroom has turned out better than we had imagined. The initial design process and specification choices goes into a lot of detail allowing you to choose exactly what you want and the design can be altered to suit your preferences. We went through this process a few times with Jason who gave us some great recommendations helping make the best of the space and to narrow down our final choices and colour schemes. I’d like to extend my thank you to Jason, Reece, Jack, Mark and Tony for creating our dream bathroom.

Can’t rate the team at Premier crafts high enough. We had a kitchen and booth seating design thought out and with some minor tweaks from Aaron my dream kitchen was realised. We have secret doors with hidden wine racks a fantastic breakfast cupboard and pan drawers galore.

The team were fantastic installing it with special thanks to Paul the fitter who really is a perfectionist. Can’t thank you all enough.

We had our bathroom totally refurbished by Premier crafts. I had an idea in my head what I wanted and other companies said it couldn't be done. When Jason visited the first time he was not phased and embraced our ideas. We could not fault any part of our refurbishment. From design, building work to completion everything was done with such professionalism and perfection. Our fitter Dave worked to perfection and kept us updated at every stage. We are truly over the moon with our stunning new bathroom. I would recommend Premiercrafts in a heart beat. Every single member of their team were so professional and helpful. I think it's very rare to find a company with such high standards and great customer service. A big thank you to the whole team involved. Miriam & Ron.

Had new kitchen installed by Premier crafts in February. From planning to final fitting everything was done professionally. Aaron was a great help putting the design together while Helen helped us decide which colour and pattern combination of doors, worktops and floor would work best for us. The fitting itself was well organised,. The old kitchen was dismantled and taken away on day one and replastered by the end of day two. Then electrician, plumber and fitter all worked together giving us a usable kitchen within just over a week. MJM flooring the finished the floor a few days later and we were done..We then had a visit from Helen who gave all the cupboards and draws a good clean which was a nice touch.
A few days after the final payment had been made we discovered a couple of small chips on a kickboard and filler which were rectified hassle free with a quick phone call.
All in all would highly recommend.

I can highly recommend Premiercrafts to anyone looking to replace their kitchen. I’m thrilled with the result and with the whole process. I was anxious to retain the wall tiles that were fitted by my late partner when I decided to look for a new kitchen. Aaron listened and drew up plans that suited the small space and improved a few things for me. Richard and Aaron helped me to choose colours that would complement the original wall tiles and I was given a date for fitting. The date arrived and the old units were removed with great care. I was thrilled that the original wall tiles were retained in excellent condition. Paul, the fitter, is a highly skilled professional. Nothing was too much trouble. He did all the new plumbing and fitting himself and I was shown the work as it progressed. The work was completed on time and with very little disruption during the time it took. Aaron visited at the beginning and end of the process and everything was checked thoroughly before it was signed off on completion. Thank you to everyone at Premiercrafts for my new kitchen and for helping to preserve the memory of my late partner into the process.

Recently had a new bathroom fitted with Jason and his team at premiercrafts and couldn’t be happier! Had an excellent experience from day one and will be recommending them to anyone wanting any home improvements! Also have to say Morri the fitter was superb and a true gentleman! We couldn’t be happier with our superb new kitchen, designed and fitted by Premier Crafts.

Within this project, Premier Crafts also assisted with a remodel, including knocking down a structural wall.
We would highly recommend them and have used them in our previous house for a kitchen and two bathroom projects, a testament to their high quality service.

They were able to translate our ideas into reality and make us aware of our options and key things to consider. They supported our unique design ideas and the finished product is better than we could imagine.

From speaking to Jason about what we required for a change in our bathroom we have been impressed with the communication and service from Premiercrafts. All timescales were met and the site visited for inspections, Tony, the Fitter, was exceptional in his professionalism and respected our home when working. He was a perfectionist when it came to all aspects of fitting tiles, floor tiles and fittings. Nothing was too much bother, we would highly recommend Jason and Tony if you are considering a replacement bathroom.
