They are a great company for parking. The only trouble we had was when we were being picked up. We were waiting first but other people got on before us and there was little room left for our family of four. The only suggestion if there is only one or two drivers picking up, is that they may want to hand out some kind of ticket for the next people waiting to be picked up so everyone is not crowding to catch the shuttle.

showed up when and where they said they would, all documents were provided and customer service answered all questions i had. no issues.

There was some confusion on which level of the parking garage to go to but once that was done they made everything else a breeze. Coming back was simple too and fast. If I go on a cruise out of Miami again I will definitely use them.

Parking was confusing on the 7th floor of the garage. I pulled up and parked, got out of the car, only to have someone tell me I needed to move to the other side. No one was at the top of the ramp when I pulled up, so I thought it was first come first serve. I watched as this same thing happened over and over with other patrons. There should have been an employee at the top of the ramp to tell people where to park, not after they have already gotten out of their vehicles. There was a wait to get a van to the ship, but that was expected. The ride back was fairly quick, with the first van showing up at approximately 7:50AM. A lady asked why he was late and he response was a quick, "We do not start working until 7:30". There were enough people waiting at that time for multiple vans. At least it was not raining.

I would highly recommend Premier Cruise Parking. Not only were they economical but they were effective and polite. We immediately got swept away after we parked our cars in the garage and only had to wait a few minutes after the cruise to be collected.

Great service! When I first arrived I parked in the wrong location, but the van saw me and followed me to the correct location in the garage so I wouldn't miss that ride.

Uncomplicated in and out. From beginning the reservation to the final departure from the parking garage our experience couldn't have been better. We will use Premier Parking every time we head to the Port.

Our last experience with Premiere was a bit unsatisfactory in the wait time experienced for pickup at the dock. It was significantly longer than on the two previous trips.

It was a horrible experience. My family took a cruise and there was 5 of us. The guys who parked us refused to transport us to the port telling me I knew better then to bring 5 people.

Your driver did not stop to pick me up. TWICE>

Very pleased with this service. Got us to the port with efficiency and good timing, and were there to pick us up within a very short time. Absolutely would use them again!

I have used Premier Crouse Parking for the last 5 years and have not had a problem with them until this past trip. I will use them again, BUT I do wish that they had emailed me and told me that they had MOVED to a new location. I was looking for the old location for 45 minutes and had to call to find out that they had moved.
They did not even have a sign out front to tell us that they were in the new location.
