Unacceptable delays in pickup/ rude staff
Unacceptable delays in pickup. Driver arrived with a list of names with "reservations" but there are supposedly no reservations. My family was split between two vans. First driver was apologetic and polite. Second driver was rude and unhelpful, dropped everyone on 6th floor, forcing us to walk with our luggage to 8th floor. When I called your office, girl was also rude and clearly didn't care about the situation. Delays were a problem but rudeness is unacceptable. We have used your service for several years and have not previously had problems. Perhaps you need to make arrangements to handle the increased traffic with your new larger location. We will look into other options.

It was a mess parking the day of our cruise. Picking up was ok. But just getting in and parking was crazy. They need a better system. We got to the cruise ship later then we wanted to. Need a much better parking system. We are going on another cruise in April and not sure if we will us them. My husband said we wasn't.
Long wait time to be transported to…
Long wait time to be transported to terminal 90 minutes is far to long people were very upset when we were told they begin at 11 o clock and it was 12 30 before we were taken to the port
WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER- DO NOT USE!!!
Arrived at 10:30 and got on the 4th shuttle and arrived at the port by 2 pm- 3.5 hours is unacceptable. Most people needed to take a cab or they would miss the ship. Staff started yelling at customers that it’s the fault of passengers waiting to depart so for us to be better then the previous cruisers. Pick up and dropped us on 7th floor when we were forced to park on 4 th floor. WILL NEVER USE YOU EVER AGAIN- the worst experience EVER!!!
Drop off and pick up just perfect
Drop off and pick up just perfect. Nice drivers and safe parking.
My family and I have used Premier…
My family and I have used Premier Parking several times all without an issues at all. Over the Thanksgiving holiday we cruised out of Miami. Usually I drop my family off at the port to get them checked in and I drop off the car at the parking garage so there is only me and my backpack to get back to the port only one bag and myself to get on and off the van and on our return home I leave my family on the curb get back on the van and get the car, return to pick up my family. We have a large family there were 7 of us 2 disabled grandparents 3 children my youngest is 5 myself and my wife it’s a lot to attempt to get on their transport van and I find it easier for all involved to use this method. On drop off the guys were helpful and everything worked very well, just me and my one bag got to the port just fine. After the vacation we returned to the pickup spot I left my family and waited for the van with the all-important blue paper, the first van was full which it normally is no big deal they run several shuttles regularly. The next van pull up and there is a bum rush to the back of the van with luggage flying, we all want to get home I understand, this is why I travel the way I do, I get in the front seat just me and my one bag like I have 8 times before. The driver did not get my name in the furry of hot and tired passengers that were trying to get on the van. There were two people on the bus the he did not have names for on his list. Myself and one other guy. We gave our names, the driver turns to me and accuses me of skipping the line. I told him I was there since the first van arrived and there was only one of me with my backpack. He called me a liar, and again accused me of skipping the line. I have never been treated like this before, he was very rude. I told him he was mistaken that I was there and just wanted a ride to retrieve my car so I could go home. He then told me to get out of his van NOW! I said EXCUSE me!? He told me to get out. At this point I was more than furious, tired, and, worried about my family all of who were waiting on me to pick them up. I got out of the van and took a cab to the parking garage 35.00 for the ride. I wanted to speak to a supervisor but there was no one there I go my own car and returned to the port and made it home. I feel like the way the return driver treated me is unacceptable and should have never happened. I will not be recommending this service again.
I am updating this review to advise everyone that Chris from Premier called and offer his apologies and a full refund. While what happened is not the norm with this company the drivers actions are not excusable, it does go a long way to mending his actions. I will change my rating from 1 star 3 stars do to the attempt to make this issue right with the customer.

The number one thing is that the price is good.
The problems:1- very hard to find because we were not told the name of the parking lot & we were looking for Premier parking.
2-When we drove up to the correct floor of the parking lot the young man was extremely, extremely nasty & told the person driving that he would not let him pass until he apologized-we weren't sure for what & because time was of the essence he apologized (still not knowing for what). If this was not prepaid & we had time restictions we would have left. Nutty people should have have that authority-it was crazy!!!!
Not enough shuttles and poorly run operation…
we left the cruise ship at 8:45 AM and were at the assigned pick up area by 8:55 AM. The first shuttle from Premier was leaving just as we arrived. It was full. We waited until 9:40 AM when the second shuttle arrived. The driver started to load suitcases from a family of 5. That took up most of the loading space. A couple of guys muscled their way ahead of us and we had to wait for shuttle #3. That shuttle arrived at 10:35 AM and there were many people who had gathered around it. People were pushing and shoving and frustrated. We were the last to get on that shuttle. I timed the drive back to the parking garage. It took us 8 MINUTES. Do you realize that we could have walked with our suitcases back to that parking garage? We do it in new york all the time. The point is that there are either not enough shuttles, or someone is wasting time. This is a poorly set up operation and we won't use it again. I will say that the cruise port in MIAMI is the worst ever. People running everywhere, parking attendants screaming, and the logistics of the road system and pickup areas are horrible.
Excellent overall
Excellent overall. Only reason for not giving 5 star is need more vehicles for busy times. Waited almost 45 minutes for pickup at Port. It was Thanksgiving week though. Overall great job, would use again.
very good
very good, will use again new parking garage very easy to get to
Great off site parking garage for Miami port
Hard to find off site parking in a garage. Fast, friendly service clean parking facility. Fast pick up once we departed the ship! Will definately park here again!

Life in the big city
Excellent service Wish the vans were a little bigger they only hold 7 and Newer Vans, the Vans they are using now have seen there hay day. Like the new building a lot better than the old location.
Good service
Good service, I do not like the new location as well as the old one, but it is okay.
Would Not Recommend
We used Premier Cruise Parking when we took a cruise out of the Port of Miami 2 weeks ago. Parking and shuttle back to the pier was not a problem. Getting off the ship as always was a mob scene and there was one shuttle company going past one after another. All except this one. We waited close to an hour and a half. It seems they only have ONE shuttle. Unlike many did not have a luggage trailer behind it. The driver picked up people, but not enough room for us and others. Said another one would be by in about 5 minutes. Close to a half hour later one came. It was the same driver. I.E. they only have one shuttle van. Not sure what other companies have. This one just has spots in a multi story parking garage. Do not have their own lot.
It was not clear where I should park…
It was not clear where I should park one person said one thing and someone else told us another. When we got off the cruis I didn’t see anyone for and a lady that was also waiting, she had to call the van and finally they came and it was to hot for that.
Fast and friendly service
Difficult to find
Difficult to find, then when we got back didn't know what floor to go to, wasn't returned to where we were picked up in relationship to our car.
