Waited for months and never received item. They eventually cancelled my order. Terrible company. Will never order from them again.
I never received the book, so I have nothing else I can provide other than a bad review. I can’t even submit a claim because it’s supposedly in transit but hasn’t left the warehouse. I haven’t even received a refund almost 2 weeks later.
Premier collectibles never sent me my order and never processed my refund. My order was placed November 16th and I was sent a tracking number that did not attach to any order. I waited for over a month before reaching out to inquire because it was almost Christmas and I still didn’t receive my order for my wife’s birthday. I was told it was being escalated to the warehouse manager. Another week and a half passed before I reached out again and I was told I’d receive a refund in 24-48 hours. That was 2 and a half weeks ago, still no refund. I’ve sent premier collectibles 5 emails inquiring of the status of my refund and left one voicemail. They are intentionally not responding to me and still have not processed my refund. It’s been an absolute nightmare doing business with them, and I cannot recommend enough please stay away. I have been scammed and they are refusing to issue a refund and I will be opening a bank dispute shortly.
