I’ve ordered a few times from Premierhop online and I’ve had THE BEST service so far. I ordered today and within 20 minutes had a DPD email saying they were expecting my order. The last order I placed had a delivery problem - it was damaged in transit. Rui was extremely helpful in replacing my order (even out of hours which I did not expect) and suggested alternatives where the original had sold out. Excellent beer. Excellent customer service. I just wish this was my local shop.
