I have been purchasing units from Premier Lace Wigs for over 8 years. First from the US and now from Spain. I have purchased lace fronts, custom full lace, and wig units and have been very pleased with the service and products I've received. Throughout all these years, there was only one instance when I wasn't 100% satisfied and their custom service stepped up to correct the issue!

i've bought a wig. "100 % human hair". also paid 30 euros tax. 5 hair stylists who works with human hair wigs and extensions confirm me that wig is composed by synthetic hairs. they are so yellow ad false. Premium wig suggest me to burn wig hair to verify hair are 100% human. but this is an "escamotage": if you try to color wig or burn hair, paypal can't refound you. so they can continue to scam us. if you then send back wig with label cut off, they won't refound anythig. Let's stop this scam!!!!

I have bought two wigs from Premier Lace Wigs. The first one was a Full PU Thin Skin ($491) and another one was a Fake Scalp with Silicone Strips wig ($170). I received the second one first, since the first one would take 60 days to complete. The fake scalp and HD lace were awesome! It was meant to be a temporary wig until the PU skin arrived, so I got the lowest grade hair, which is actually fine. Well, the PU skin finished a bit early, but I was disappointed to see it wasn't thin or natural looking as advertised. I emailed back and forth and they assured me that it will look natural. However, I couldn't try it on until I cut the extra 3" of PU from the wig. Once I did that and tried it on, it looked HORRIBLE. You can absolutely see the PU like a white thick plastic on my head. I immediately emailed how upset I was and they coldly responded that the wig is useless to them now that I cut the excess PU (which would've had to get cut anyway). I even offered to send it back for a deep discount on another wig, so they would know I found it useless too. Their advice was to cut bangs. I felt sick. So I wrote an objective review on their site, but they would not publish it because it was a negative review.
Five stars for the second wig and their fast shipping, two stars for the first wig and lack of empathy.

This company was quick in shipping and also answering any questions I had. I am very happy with my topper and would purchase again from them!

I gave it that rating because the small is too big plus it's darker then stated. But I love the hair it is beautiful.

High quality, beautiful hair in a natural hair style. I'm a repeat buyer. I haven't found a better supplier. Fast shipping considering it comes from overseas.

Purchased a 24 inch lace front wig for more than &400. Noticed after a few days that it was dry. Then after a few weeks I realized that the front and back were much shorter& the curl pattern was different from the longer length. At first I thought maybe they layered the wig by mistake. But, as the wig became dryer, it looked like two wigs not a wig that had been layered. I tried moisturizing but it did little to change the look of the wig. The response from the company is that they don’t make the wig fully 24 in to save the customer money! Instead they use two lengths! I’ve never heard of such a thing! If I select 24 in then o expect 24 in. And, the customer should be apprised beforehand and given a choice in the matter! They offered me $15 then $30 and said it was my fault since the wig had been worn! They can keep their $30. I will never order from them again! Beware!

Received a wig that was nothing like the style that i ordered. Although the return policy says they will refund for sending the wrong item they refused to pay the return shipping cost. Had to make a claim via paypal who reimbursed me for this scam.

Love how this company always sends me the correct custom size cap & colour I need unlike a few companies that have lied to me and sent me the incorrect size and I am not able to wear the wig! So I will keep purchasing from this company. :)

The wig is beautiful be far behind what I expected ! Fire comfortably and is easy to manage. Absolutely love it and have been getting comments on it ever since I put it on! Def will be reordering from this company !! Thank you guys so much !

I bought a wig meant to be 24 in 180 density not as described want to return but the company want to charge me a restocking fee in addition to me having to pay to return the hair, even though it’s not as described. They want to offer me $10 to keep it. It is a shame as this company used to be my go to for quality hair extensions and wigs. You can see my response from the company that even though the item doesn’t fit the description they want me to pay return so in effect you’re asking me to shoulder the cost of a faulty merchandise without considering the customer. This is crazy not to mention the restocking fee which they have not mentioned here.density is not as described! Hair is not as described as it’s supposed to be 100% human hair and it has synthetic fibre mix.

I usually wear synthetic wigs which can be fine, but I end up having to replace them. My sister recommended that I try Premier Lace. She told me that the wigs are bespoke which is why they take up to 30 days to be delivered. I placed my order on 21st July, expecting to receive it towards the end of August, but it arrived today, 31st July! Very quick! Not bespoke at all.
To say that I am extremely disappointed with this wig is an understatement. I like thick, voluminous hair and the pictures on the website all show images of thick hair. This wig is badly cut in layers and you can see through it, it is so thin! The colour is supposed to be 1B, but under the light, the top of the wig is a reddish colour. This item is inferior quality, not at all worth £172.72!! I was looking forward to my order and was hoping to be able to recommend Premer Lace to others, but I cannot. I have sent an email off today, asking to which address this item is to be returned and requesting a full refund.
