Jake and his colleague came and fitted our daughters ceiling hoist last week. From start to finish they were professional, polite, clean and tidy! They explained fully how it works and when servicing will be, how contact will be made etc. It was refreshing to have such great tradesmen. Thank you to you both.

The door to my mobility lift wasn't working and I had to call the engineers out. Jack and Jenson came out and were absolutely brilliant, so helpful, explaining everything, very friendly. Such an excellent service..thank you so much.

Excellent service from Joe and Jenson the Premier Mobility fitters. They were pleasant and polite and talked about the procedure with me as they were doing it.They rang the office to get an electrical engineer out that day so we could use the hoist straight away.They done a first class job leaving the place spotless and clean.Very professional service.

Outside lift
They did a really good job putting the lift in. Very polite and pleasant, Jack and Kieran made sure I knew exactly how to use it.
I would definitely recommend using this company and will recommend to family and friends in future.

Called Premier and they were out within an hour or so and fixed the problem in 10 minutes, Jack the repair guy was friendly, polite, and explained what the exact problem, overall excellent to say the least. I VERY rarely leave reviews but good customer service needs to be recognised, Ive had some SHOCKING retail customer service in the past 48hrs trying to spend good money so you notice when its good.

Best stairlift engineer - marley apprentice
Jake came to swap my very old 15 year stairlift, well past its life span. He was very chatty, friendly, and explained everything to me, how the stairlift worked and checked I could use it properly. He was very thorough with checking everything out. He loved our dog, and was fussing him. Lovely person and a credit to your company. Well done jake.
