Scaffolding Tarp & Toggles

The communication from order to delivery was very good. The scaffolding tarp & toggles only went up today before the heavens opened, but doing the job. So far seems very good quality, would recommend.

Super efficient

Incredible customer service!

I made a mistake on my order and, even though this happened on a Sunday, they still replied to my email to say they would call me on Monday to assist. Sure enough, they got in touch when they said they would and corrected my error.
The courier then messed up my delivery and, upon letting Premier Netting know about the problem, they refunded my express postage costs, even though it wasn’t their fault.
I cannot express how impressed I am with their customer service, I wish every other company I deal with would learn from their fine example.
