I will never reserve with them again...

I had reserved premier parking online in Ft. Lauderdale. Initially everything seemed great. We showed up at the parking location a little bit early and they refused to let us in. No big deal. We waited about an hour, saw some people getting in line for a parking spot and decided to get in line ourselves. We waited another half hour without he line moving. People returning from their vacations were just getting back to pick up their cars and they were ALL angry and yelling at the people running the place. As they walked by our cars they warned everyone of how horrible the experience was and we would do better turning around and parking at the port.
My husband went to talk to the guy running the place and was met with complete rudeness, and the man refused to answer when we asked for a timeframe. At that point it was almost time for our cruise to begin boarding and we didn't want to waist a second of our vacation. We turned out of the parking lot and paid a little more to park in the port. It was totally worth it.

Ripped us off - Miame

I booked the wrong date for parking - called them several times to try and change it. Each time recording telling me to leave name and number and they would call me back. After two weeks of this, I cancelled it and rebooked with Global. Premierparkingusa charged me a 30% fee for the cancellation even though it was a month away. They will not answer e-mails either. Global has garage parking and a great shuttle service to the port and back.

Great Location and Price

I saved about $100 by using this serivce to park for my recent
cuise out of The Port of Miami. Clean, safe and secure lot.
The only downside was that the shuttle between the Lot and
the port runs only about every 45 mins to an hour.I had to share
a taxi with others to get to the port on time.

Poor customer service

Don't go there! We were picked up from the port at 7am. We didn't get back until 9am. The bus driver kept driving in circles to pickup people from other cruise lines. We were not told this when we initially booked with premier parking
