Wine and grapes splashback

I ordered a bespoke flashback for my new kitchen,I wanted something different so I chose the Wine bottle with grapes design,I was kept up to date about its manufacture,when it finally arrived it looked great and really set off the kitchen,I used brushed brass fittings to secure it,looks good,as a matter of fact I may get another one made to use as a cover for my induction hob,have the corners drilled and just fix little button feet to raise it👍

Kitchen splashbacks they are fab

Hi we ordered splash backs for the kitchen. They are great so much better. Easy to clean and install. They cut them to size and they do the cut outs for plug sockets. Would highly recommend great communication thank you so much.

Would give ZERO stars if possible

Would give ZERO stars if possible! Shocking customer service. After looking into my complaint now blame it on the company who was going to install it!!!
It was not touched by them! They saw the product ( splashback ) and could see straight away it was faulty goods and a very poorly made product with substandard paint! That was peeling!
Taken 2 weeks to investigate and get an email blaming myself and the install team! I’m absolutely fuming! YOU are absolutely disgusting and very unhelpful. AVOID this company at all costs!

I am sorry you are unhappy with your recent experience, and have chosen to leave multiple reviews


When making a purchase from us, we do stipulate that glass items must be checked within 24 hours of delivery, this is quite prominent on the shipping section of our site.
We quite clearly say any damaged items “should” be reported within 24 hours

Have a look at section 11 (or specifically 11.1) where we do actually give up to 3 days.
The challenges we face are
1) NO UK courier will insure a piece of glass, (but we do have an agreement about free Redeliveries if notified within 24 hours IF reported in this timeframe) this means although we have to pay for a replacement to be made, the courier will redeliver it for free
2) Whilst I am not suggesting your fitter has done this, we have experienced instances where;
An item arrives in perfect condition, is placed somewhere safe for a week (or 2 in your case), the fitter turns up, and goes to fit it, and Chips/marks/scratches your item during installation.
He then tells the buyer “It appears to have arrived damaged, you need to call Premier Range and tell them it’s got a chip/scratch/mark in the glass/paint ETC”
I have just moved house and bought a TV – I had 24 hours from delivery to notify the seller of any damage. I bought a sofa that was delivered by 2 chaps, who carried it up a flight of stairs to my front room, I had 24 hours to report to head office any faults.
I think anyone reading this will agree a full 24 hours to notify us that the item is not in perfect condition is more than enough to check a single piece of glass 60cm wide, and 70cm high.
If not notified in this time, there is a possibility that it could have been damaged (possible by a 3rd party) sometime after this, as you do say

“I checked it when It arrived and it was fine”

It took OVER 2 weeks for you to raise any concern, and your words were a 3rd party glass company had problems with chipped paint on the back.

If we would have been notified within the 3 days, we would have replaced it without hesitation. There are many, many reviews saying how the first item arrived damaged (it happens with glass), but how great Premier Range is as we replaced it straight away (and got it there even quicker than the first one), the only rule we have is you report it within a few days.

Im sorry we couldn’t give you the answer you wanted, however we wish a merry Christmas to you and your loved ones

Avoid this company!

Avoid this company!
Ordered liqued stone splash back and the image quality is awful/blurry not what was expecting when we opened the box.
Customer sevices have looked into this and say there is nothing wrong with it and tough luck, offered me 10% off another purchase and after another email as a good will gesture 20% off instead.

Apparently they do not abide by consumer rights laws but I now will be contacting trading standards and citizens advice to take this matter further.

Would definatley not recommend purchasing the above as you will be extremley dissapointed and out off pocket.

There is so much to choose from

There is so much to choose from, a call to customer services soon put any concerns I might have had were soon sorted. When at last I made my decision and placed my order. I only had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery, to say I was pleased is an understatement, once it was in place I was thrilled.

impressive

The customer service team answered questions precisely and promptly, and we were absolutely impressed with our splashback. Beware when ordering, it states a 2mm difference in size when delivered/ordering mine was bespoke, 750x650, left 5mm either side of cupboards. I would purchase from them thanks premier range its amazing :) :)

The splashback is great quality

The splashback is great quality, delivery time was the main issue for us, we paid an extra £10 for next day delivery, unfortunately the delivery was scheduled for delivery the next day, which never arrived, but arriving 24hrs later,which was not what we paid for. In our opinion this was down to the courier service as the item was out for delivery on time but nevertheless didn't arrive that day.
Also we believe that the whole buyer experience would benefit greatly if the company supplied the wall fixing to suit the mounting of the splashback.. Which unfortunately they do not. A small additional cost which would significantly improve the quality of service.
