Having previously experienced failed resin for our drive with a different company,we extensively researched the market for a replacement to lay our drive again. From the day Carl arrived to show us some samples of coloured resin and to measure the area, to Paul arriving to discuss the step by step process and the contract, to Carl returning with his team to carry out each and every step of the dig out, edging stones, tarmac layer and finally the resin, the whole process was 5* or better. The entire team are cheerful, polite, knowledgeable, turn up on time, deliver on time and explain what happens next.
There are a lot of companies who could learn an awful lot about customer service, customer satisfaction and hard work from these people.

The company did a fantastic job resurfacing our porch floor (along the frontage of the house) and the steps leading up to it. The initial visit to decide on colours and what was needed was professional and informative, with the actual work being carried out in a day to an extremely high standard. The team on site were excellent, always informative and polite. Communication from Paul at the office has been, at all times outstanding, and we are really pleased with the finished result. From the first time we met Paul (the boss) we knew these guys were going to look after us. From initial survey through to completion, Paul and his crew were professional, courteous, polite and a pleasure to deal with. The team had a difficult job due to a failed previous resin drive, laid by a different company, but I was given a very detailed brief by Paul on the process they would undertake to make good. I can confirm that the drive is now complete, and is immaculate.

The professionalism and attention to detail in preparing and installing our new drive has been commendable - from first contact to signing off the job. The level of detailed information provided by Paul in explaining the product, the process, discussing options, selecting materials and accurate measurement of a complex shape to develop the quotation was impressive. No pressure, plenty of time to think and discuss with all questions honestly answered – and then keeping us up to date as time (and weather!) progressed.

The team doing the groundworks did a brilliant job; they worked hard non-stop for two days preparing the site; followed by a further day when they laid the finished product - clearing up as they went leaving us with a completely clean and tidy site when they left.

The craftsmanship, the team work and the attention to detail was great to see; no short cuts, with everything delivered as first promised - the result is just superb, we couldn’t be more pleased, it’s revitalised the whole appearance of our house.
