DO NOT ORDER!
ordered a top in November it's now March and have not recieved it. I have emailed numerous of times. How can you take someone's money???
Awful!!!!

Ordered on the 10th February 2024, received an email confirmation last Saturday on the 09th March 2024 to say that my order was completed and I received today on the 12th March 2024.

Little Patience, Trust Required and you will receive your order.

This is my 01st Shirt which I have purchased from Premier Retros.

It started off well but after sending my order back for an exchange I have been totally ghosted with no response after numerous chase emails and no replacement shirt after returning my order. So I am currently out of pocket and without a shirt. I have tried so many times to contact this company and have had absolutely no response since December. Would never use again.

Took money no item received no communication: Ordered from them once before and it was average at best. Decided to give them another shot and they haven’t sent me the item in 2 months. They replied to my early emails, but after complaining the have since ignored numerous more of my emails. 35 quid down the drain. Avoid at all costs, will be making complaints everywhere I can until I receive some sort of refund

Placed an order in Nov 2023. Still no word on when or if it will ever be despatched. Multiple emails sent asking for either an update on where my order is or can i have a refund. All ignored. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH PREMIER RETRO

Had same reponse as recent posts to my October 23 order for a Man Utd 1983 shirt. Can’t get past automated email reponse. Would give no stars if I could.

A shame you have to give a minimum of 1 star as 0 is more appropriate. My husband ordered and paid for a shirt at the end of November 2023 as a Christmas gift. He’s attempted to contact by email several times but no reply and still no shirt. He’ll be contacting his bank and Trading standards next about this appalling company.

Bought in December, now middle of February. No response to emails.

Awful company and customer service. Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. Ordered beginning of dec for a birthday at end of January and still no sign. I have tried multiple times to contact them and no response. Will raise with bank and trading standards

Ordered a 1990 Ireland shirt. After which, I read mixed reviews, however nothing to worry about shirt received within timescale and perfect condition as ordered. Very happy and awaiting another shirt also currently.

I ordered an Forest home shirt, and got a blue Man Utd away shirt. I emailed, but no answer. Now I sent it back (I paid 15 pounds for the shipping back) now im waiting for the right shirt to return.

Got my money back today

This is my first review. Second order. My first order was the Newcastle anniversary shirt. I ordered it and it came within the 21 days as mentioned on the website. Happy days. My second order is the Newcastle away shirt from 95/96. Got to 21 days, hadn't heard anything, chased up and emailed back to advise posted Monday next day delivery, following Monday nothing, so another email, then a reply apologising for the delay and it would be with me in two days. Glad to say it was as ill admit I started to worry after reading other reviews. Both tops are great and happy with my purchases. Next to buy the 95/96 home shirt. Haway the lads!

Ordered in November for Christmas. Nothing arrived. Still nothing. No response to emails. No refund. Grrrrrr.

Absolutely shocking service. Strips take 3+ months to arrive, and that’s if they arrive at all. Use another retro kit website, DO NOT USE THIS ONE.

Ordrred my nephew a strip for his Christmas before the advertised deadline, Heard nothing, emails went unanswered. Two months later after another email complaint, refund put into my bank without as much as an apology. Left a kid waiting on a present that never arrived, Disgusted by it tbh.

The other strips I got were decent quality, but every time I ordered there was always major problems. Not worth the gamble.

Ordered 2 weeks before christmas as i paid for two week delivery, email said processing time for england orders was three weeks have waited 7 weeks and two emails asking where it is and they have just sent me an email refunding my order will make another reveiw/ update when or if that has been received

So.. I ordered on the 27th December and my shirt arrived today 24th Jan.
I am more than pleased about the quality and delivery of the shirt and I'd like to order again as the price point I think is great.
The shirt came with tags and the material feels and looks quality.

In line with other reviews, I didn't get any kind of confirmation or order number until the item was sent out for delivery which did make me start to think about emailing for a heads up however I can't lie I am more than happy with what's just turned up!

WORTH THE WAIT GREAT PRODUCT came within the time it said it would and is excellent condition I guess it doesn’t work out for some but it is definitely worth ordering as when it comes it’s in perfect condition and is definitely worth the wait
