Tried to buy tickets for Saracens v northampton game, go an error message at the end of the transaction and no confirmation but have still been charged from my bank account. Tried to contact them via their telephone number and support service but told they only handle ticket issues for the prem final. given a generic email address to contact but no response after more than a week - feels like a scam and will be contacting bank to see if i can recover funds

Absolutely appalling customer service. I bought a ticket to the game on 28th March Saracens v Northampton Saints. After I entered my card details the system popped up with an error message but later I saw that they had still charged by credit card for £82 and yet I never received my ticket or any email confirming my purchase. I called up the helpline and was told they could not talk to me as I was had not bought a ticket to the Final. They directed me to an online form which I filled out. I received an email confirming receipt and have heard nothing since. I have raised a dispute via VISA. If necessary I will take Premiership Rugby through the small claims court. YOU CANNOT TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PROVIDING ME WITH MY MATCH DAY TICKET!
