PREMIER UK HEALTHCARE. AVOID!
Signed contract for massage bed 22.10.2022.Delivered end Nov. start Dec. Stayed with my family over Xmas and New Year. Wasn’t very well. Back home 2nd.Jan. 2023. Taken into hospital 06.01.2023. Wasn’t able to return to my home on leaving hospital, stayed with my son and daughter in law, in Plains, thought temporarily. Eventually realised I wouldn’t be able to cope @ home.
Around June 2023 my sons brought over massage bed.
Didn’t find it very comfortable, could only lie on right side of bed, seemed to be obstacle preventing me moving over, put it down to my health. Didn’t want to say to my family after paying so much money for bed.
During summer went over to other son and family. Slept on their couch.Actually felt it was an improvement on the massage bed. While I was away, my son, daughter in law and 12 year old grandson,@ Plains, who’d all been desperate to try out my massage bed, gave it a try. Each of them found same as myself. About halfway across bed from top to bottom, something hard seemed to be rising up, they were also confined to the right hand side.
It was only then I realised it wasn’t me, there was something wrong with bed.
Phoned co. Engineer, Mark came out,very friendly, worked on bed, went away for some materials, back and worked on bed..For 1 - 2 nights after I could lie on any part of bed. By 3rd night, back to the fault again. I called out engineer at last 3 or 4 occasions. On 2nd call my son showed him with his spirit level, mattress was not level.
It was clearly down @ right hand side and up @ left. Engineer saw this, worked @ bed. Same problem back again within 2 days. Thinking of this now, I should have requested another bed by this stage. Think he was out another twice, with same result.
Finally decided, enough was more than enough. High time I asked for replacement bed.
Phoned on Wed. 09.04.2025, asking for replacement bed. Girl on phone said they’d phone back next day, Thu. 10th. Have not heard a word since, they’ve got my money, and just don’t want to know. I paid £2,900 for a bed which is definitely not fit for purpose.
This has caused me so much worry/anxiety instead of helping making things a bit easier for me. I am 84 years of age and last thing I need is the despicable treatment from this company, certainly not helped regards my health. If I hadn’t been so unwell I’d have went into their reviews before buying.Please note I wasn’t using massage bed for first 6 months when staying with my son @ Plains. Could only submit review by giving 1 star, which they don’t merit. Date of experience from Dec 2022 still ongoing.

Update, Around 2 weeks ago my son brought over a single bed mattress to use instead of Premier mattress.
This mattress he brought twice as thick/deep as Premier’s. Still found bed uncomfortable, plus couldn’t get over bulge in middle. Realised, no fault in their mattress it was their bedframe @ fault. Stripped bed. Noticed right away there are thin straps going across frame from side to side. In the middle around 6 to 8 straps are bulging/raised upwards, not flat. This is why I am finding bed painful. Around top and bottom straps
are flat. Sure straps in middle do NOT FIT. THANK YOU. There is no way the engineer Mark couldn’t see the faulty straps when he removed the mattress, which he did on every visit.
