Premier Workspaces in El Segundo, California is awesome. Especially the property manager Amy who makes the leasing process very seamless. Most importantly, the cleaning staff very professional and friendly. I was very impressed with their timely cleaning schedules - making it a very safe and comfortable environment.

As a new tenant, I'm extremely pleased with my experience at Premier Business Centers
We just moved into our new office in September 2014. Our experience has been great in this location. The office is nice, and our neighbors are friendly. Anytime we have any questions, they are taken care of quickly. The administrative staff is extremely professional. The office is sometimes uncomfortably cold, but we haven't ever asked about changing the temperature, and as I'm writing this, the temperature is fine.
Also, the location itself is great. We are close to the bank as well as several restaurants, and the management of the campus is great. There are great activities like free classes (graphic design and yoga) as well as a book club. There's also a basketball court, gym and ping pong table. All around, this has been an excellent move for us.
