I like my wig, it needed a bit of styling but is of good quality and comfortable

Very quick turnaround and the product was as described. Good quality and great value for money.

I bought the 7A Bohemian Remy Virgin kinky curls , in 3 different sizes, from PremiHair.

From the moment I placed my order online, the service was exceptional and PremiHair kept me updated on the status of my order. I received the item with no fuss as a registered delivery.

When the items arrived, I noticed I had ordered when of the sizes in the wrong extension type. I immediately called PremiHair customer services and Penny was able to organise an exchange for me on the same day!

I couldn't have asked for anything more.

I am rating the customer service and not the product actually. I ordered a wig it didn't arrive on time l called and they handled like pros, they even refunded my postage fee. The wig was just temporary do till l get hair done it did the job.

Bought a wig to see what the quality and service was like before I buy more. Was very happy with quick delivery and the wig itself was very good quality and lots of lovely comments!

I bought two wigs from premihair. Feels soft. I haven't used it yet. Excellent customer service

It's says the length is 18
I thought good price read the reviews it should seem ok.

Well u think it always goes ok cause of other people's reviews
But I start to wonder if it the company it self ?

U can not advertise a hair which is not the length at all. When I received it nooo way
The length was 8-10 basically so
Short it don't reach the top of my shoulders.

The picture ok u showing a young female which is America base picture on website, but it would be more perfect if premi hair took the picture .

I know it my fault a little but not really u can't say 18 length and what I got is a lil bob of hair for . The dolly head does not show u the full length aswell

Rip off to be fair couldn't be bothered to send it back the hair it be to long payment back
Iit was embarrassing I still got the hair but really vex cause it not 18 and £139 for hair plus 7.50 next day delivery

I read more reviews the bad ones and good ones and some of them don't seem to add up how can someone like the same hair I brought knowing it 8-10 not an 18 length but a good review not doubting but u pay for what U want to buy .
I feel I should get my full money back or a new lace wig they should send me back a 18 inch
U can not talk to these people which others have stated
There another review aswell which is the similar what I'm saying that was 3 days ago

There other reviews and to me it seems they haven't listens or took on the bad reviews to approve

I do hair plus I do hair in America and travel places for people but it's ashame cause the hair is nice but curls drop out straight away
I did receive it for next day delivery with wig cap included
The wig size is correct medium the delivery was better for the hair
But I will carry on using london virgin hair 250 %destiny

Now they said that I never made any contact which I sent a email plus I made phone calls and I couldn't get threw many times and yes I gave up
The bad apporiate language is not there
But ok cause I won't be getting hair form there anyway

I ordered a silk base closure with a free part size 10" #1. Went I came the only thing correct about it was the colour I had received a lace base closure with a l shaped part size 12" #1. When I called up I was told to send a picture to double check I had the right order, I was told I had. I was repeatedly lied to when it was clearly obvious that this was not what I had ordered and told that I'd been upgraded of all things! On top of that the hair was really not worth the money and the quality atrocious. I would never buy from these people again!

Premihair do not seem to grasp the fact that what they sold me on their websit is not the product I received. Goods should match their description perhaps they should look to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It would just be nice if they acknowledged the fact they made a mistake.... .... unless they knowingly mislead their customers

The hair is amazing, arrived a little late but I understand cause its being traveled from Brum. Other than that like I said the hair is amasing truly recommendable and I would absolutey LOVE to purchase ALOT MORE.

It's massively easy for a company to take an order, post it, and cash in.

What isn't so easy is; to have someone answer the phone within a few rings, deal with the clients chemo brain, arrange a replacement, and come up smelling of roses.

Premihair have achieved the later and done it well.

Thank you for making a difficult time a little easier.

I ordered a wig from Premihair 4months ago ,very good quality, It came in 1-3days .This made me to want to order another wig which came quickly( order number30037) ,just that it was wrong colour so I am returning it for an exchange .The customer service is very supportive n understanding .This is the place where to buy hair n wigs from ladies

Did not look good on me

Couldn't fault this service! The hair came within 1-2 working days without any issues. I ordered the 100% Brazilian human hair and which was at a very affordable price, the hair looks amazing and I've not stopped receiving compliments. I will definitely use this website again :)

I thought I'd go ahead and invest in some real good quality hair instead of getting synthetic all the time so I googled and premi hair was my first choice. I browsed around and the prices were so good as well as the hair looked fabulous so I brought the Brazilian 100% remy virgin human hair in 3 packs. Came quickly, Just finished installing and it feels and looks amazing!

Will definitely be taking pictures of it Later and will be buying some more from Premi hair! :)

I purchased 6 packs of hair about a month ago. 3 x 20", 12", 14" & 16". I was happy with the delivery time, the hair came quickly and on time. The packaging of the hair was good and looked professional apart from the 12" pack which looked completely different to the rest. I just had to hope the bundles were the same hair type and consistent. I washed the bundles before use as they had a bit of an odour and I personally cant stand smelly hair. I made a wig wig the bundles and the hair looked really good and full. Had a lot of volume and movement. Ive had the wig 3 weeks and as time has gone on it looks nothing like it did when the hair first arrived. The hair tangles VERY easily and tends to get quite matted at the back. I have to give it it a thorough brushing everyday for about 5 mins to get it to a manageable state before styling. I dont believe this is human hair or anywhere near such. It seems more like over priced synthetic hair that can hold some heat. If this is the quality of the hair Premihair provide I wont be purchasing again or recommending to others at this rate. Its just bot worth it.

When I placed my order, the hair came very quickly in less than a week and I was updated constantly. The quality of the hair is great, it's soft and realistic and the cap is comfortable. Two combs are sewn in in addition to the elastic for added security which was really appreciated as the company didn't have to add the combs. Overall I'm extremely happy and will be ordering again!

For some reason unknown to me, the cost of my order was refunded back to me. I never received the order which was an virgin remy closure made by ns. I was quite disappointed as this product is very hard to find

Ordered the hair for next day delivery and it came the next day. Had regular updates with tracking details from customer service. Think the quality of hair is really good and the price for the 3 bundles + closure was reasonable. Happy with product + service.

I was attracted to this website because of the reasonably priced lace wigs. It was easy to order what I wanted, however the reason I rated premihair 3 as opposed to 4 or 5 is because I ordered two different colour wigs online, and I was subsequently phoned by customer services and told one of them was not in stock. This annoyed me because the online payment went through on the basis that they had these colours in stock. So beware because whatever you pay for online may not necessarily be in stock.
The quality of the wig i received was good though.
