After ordering an item I realised it was no longer required. Contacted an hour after I ordered to cancel and got no reply. Once the item was delivered, contacted again to return the item which I've not received a response from over a week later

Item arrived fine, well packed, good quality, delivered in a reasonable time. Delivery could have been cheaper but when factored into the overall cost they were still very competitive on price.

No Communication, can’t contact, phones always go to voicemail regardless of time called. Emails are not responded to. Dont use!

Basin arrived damaged. Reported this immediately but no response from premium plumbing. Left 7-8 messages and email - no response. Do not know how to return the basin but they are welcome to it back.

Was sceptical after goods didnt arrive and then read the reviews. Advertising stock that they don’t hold but have swiftly issued a refund after I contacted them. I hope that their customer service continues to be better than the reviews suggest.

We ordered a bathroom mirror last month which was faulty. Initially we couldn’t get hold of anyone and assumed we’d lost our money.
However this week I tried again and spoke to Dan. I told him about the mirror and that we had emailed and called previously. He explained that they had just taken over the company and had inherited some problems.
After sending in a quick video of the faulty mirror, Dan replied promptly and said he would be back in touch as soon as they had heard back from the manufacturer. We have just received a very nice email confirming a refund which we are very pleased about. Many thanks Dan for your help, we will certainly buy from you again.

I originally ordered not looking at reviews, then naturally went into panic. However Oliver emailed me back and explained that they have recently taken over the company and that previous the company did go bust which is why people's orders weren't fulfilled and they are now successfully running. Oliver issued my refund, due to me buying elsewhere in the meantime.

This is a scam company, do not use. No goods received, money taken, no reponse to emails or phone calls, DO NOT USE

I’ve ordered from this company, they have taken my money but say the transaction didn’t go through, so haven’t delivered my order!

Scam company - as others have said, they're "UKBathrooms" rebranded after going into liquidation and advising their customers to do chargebacks on their credit cards.
They take your money and deliver nothing. Total scam.

Beware- don't order from this company. It used to be UKBathrooms.co.uk which went into liquidation (April) after taking lots of peoples money and supplying no goods. Funnily enough the same items appear on premium- plumbing.co.uk website.

Premium plumbing is the same company number as Aevum Retail ltd 15611312.

Unit 1, Bondgate Green, Boroughbridge Road, Ripon, HG4 1QW) Same address as Ripon Interiors and UKBathrooms. I have reported this to Trading standards because it is a scam. They have taken peoples money, put the company into liquidation, then renamed it selling the same items- even the clearance items haven't changed.

Update: Premium_Plumbing keep trying to have this review taken down. Don't order from them.
Update August 2025 - Ripon Interiors has now liquidated (and changed registered address) and Interiors of Ripon is now registered - if you look at companies house the company was called Aevum retail and directors names ,...Ryan McCartney and Ruth Streets plus a previous directors wife. Ask them if they paid all their creditors....again.....
