I have been trying for over a month to get my appliances picked up. Your call center is useless and my calls are never returned. My emails, and the chat have also not been responded to. I am moving out of state and need these picked up.
I am hoping to resolve this amicably, but am currently consulting with a lawyer to look into all of my options.

This company used to provide great service. They have been refusing to respond to my requests to repair or replace their equipment for over a week. The call center they use has extremely rude employees who will hang up on you. Now I am trying to cancel my service they are threatening me that they will report to my credit if I block my card from their charges. 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND

Frustrating, but overall fine
The worst communication with this company. Very hard to reach, hard to coordinate with. The appliances that I rented (washer & dryer) operated fine for the year that I had them, but definitely were not top quality.

For the last two 2 days I have been…
For the last two 2 days I have been asking the company to please fix the dryer. The first repair guy who came out approx 3 weeks ago did not fix it. My daughter was given excuses and a run around when she handled it, that's why I got involved. I am a trucker off the road right now and need my clothes dryed properly. This is wednesday, May 4, and I contacted the company telephonically and via message. They said a rep would call me back by noon PST on Tuesday May 3. No phone call. Late in the afternoon I called on Tuesday and left a message and lady said someone would call me in the morning. No phone call yet. When I just typed a message, William respoded when I typed "Am I going to cancel today or get my dryer fixed?" He typed, "there is no need for threats." I am retired law enforcement with 22 years of service working in Los Angeles. I know how threaten someone if need be. These guys must all be high school dropouts. Most unprofessional company ever.

I been with this company. We agree to pay monthly on 12 of monthly.
Till Five months no take from my acct. i did try reach out to sup but never return my calls till two months ago and decide take out five months worth without warning me!!!
Finally return my call able solve problem again remind agree MUST take out my account per monthly not miss
so last month might success. Happy about this.
BUT today company try take out my account today April 1st which suppose on 12 of the month. so i tried calm never return my call.
what wonderful my exerence with this call.

Genuinely good service
Washer and dryer were delivered the next day after I ordered, much earlier than I expected. Everyone I talked to was nice and helpful, and the whole installation took 10-15 minutes max. I was a bit suspicious of all the great ratings, but the service was genuinely good. The machines even smell and look clean. Thank you Marco D. for the install!
Affordable and outstanding Appliance Rental Service
Excellent service and delivery, outstanding delivery and personnel. My driver`s were Steve and Liesjea, they were efficient and very professional.
They installed my equipment quickly and they were very knowledgeable concerning the product, also they did not leave until I was comfortable with the operation of the equipment.
I will recommend Premium Appliance to all my neighbors who are looking for affordable Washer/Dryer rentals...

If You Like Chat...Sold Out
The only way to communicate is chat but they are there unlike others. I live near Houston. They don't know the inventory until it's sold out. I was chatting over a two day period and had two requests. I needed a 2nd rinse option and a top load washer with a spindle like the premium washer in the pictures provided. For the customer, there was no way to check inventory and no way to choose any one brand. Maintenance is included but then there is a 6.99 charge for protection or the renter takes full responsibility for the machine. They deliver, setup and remove and maintenance is included so why the 6.99? Again, only having a body chatting that has no knowledge of anything doesn't help at all. I gave my name and email and was told someone would reach me ASAP. It never happened. Today, I asked again and was told Houston Texas is sold out of everything until December. What a waste of time.

Quick & Professional Rental
Required a washer dryer set quick at our rental home for next 1 year, but Premium Appliance Rentals had only one available 1 month out. After requesting, they found a way to expedite the delivery to within a week. Delivery was done by William, very well coordinated, timely and he was a pleasure to deal with.

This is the MOST unprofessional company. The OWNER is even WORSE.
This is the MOST unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Mostly from a point of view of how they handled their situation. The company sent their workers to install a washer and dryer. The workers installed the washer, but never installed the dryer. I then asked the workers while they were leaving, "Is everything done." The workers then responded, "Yes Sir." I took their word for it. I then later on in the day decided to look at the washer and dryers. They were completely dirty and scratch and totally used! Their website specifically states, "Brand New or Slightly Used." Not even the case. Not only were they worn out, and disgusting, the workers never Connected the Dryer. I looked in the Dryer, and the vent that's suppose to be connected to the wall was inside the dryer with the door closed. I thought, that maybe they did not need to use it, and they connected the Dryer itself straight to the wall. That was also not the case. I found that out by attempting to dry clothes, and it never dryed. I then later found out that the Dyer was BROKEN, and never heated up.
I then called the company, and the owner William, who claimed to be a supervisor, provided him all the information, and he informed me that it would be taken care of. I believed him. It never was. They were suppose to send someone out to connect the dryer, because apparently, it needed a different peice to connect to the wall which the workers who did not properly do the job, Never expressed to me. So, after I decided to keep the services, and not cancel because I believed William would fix it, He told me someone will be out tomorrow to fix it. They never came, and NEVER called. I then called william 14 times over 4 days and he never answered. I then called the company 8 times, and they finally answered only for the Owner to call me A LIAR, and they workers installed the dryer, and I(The Customer) disconnected the dryer from the wall. I exchanged some very unfriendly words to William due to the fact that I have 4 kids, and they dryer being ran and unplugged was a safety hazard. He did not care.
William told me that i should have never ran it once i found out the clothers were not dry. I then should wash them, and rang it out and hang it around my house or outside! He then stated to me that HE would never do that himself.
The point of this message, is to not buy ANYTHING from this company. Its not the fact that they not only put my families life in danger, and brought me Broken dirty equipment. Its the fact how they handled the entire situation in a Complete and Unprofessional way. Save Your Money, and your time. Its not worth it. If an Owner can treat a customer that way, when they messed up, dont trust them. Im sure they will respond to this message and say a WHOLE load of Lies. Dont believe them. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY!
