Unresponsive and impossible to communicate with

They send me an email with an unsolicited DocuSign for funding every day. I have asked them to stop about six times and every morning I find a new email in my inbox. I’ve tried to block their email in my Outlook but it’s a new scrambled email address every time.
While I could applaud the tenacity, I’ve asked them to stop contacting me and they will not. Sending an unsolicited document to sign that would bind you to a debt obligation is dangerous and irresponsible.

After reading their response it’s obvious they don’t take ownership of their actions and they have no responsible process in place to respond to the unsolicited emails they send.

We embrace gorilla marketing tactics but we don’t repeatedly ignore the responses.

We want to clarify that what you received was an initial outreach email with a standard credit application request—similar to requesting basic information to determine whether there is any interest. No deal was ever discussed, and no binding agreement was presented.

We understand that receiving emails you don’t want can be frustrating. We will ensure your contact information is removed from our outreach so you no longer receive further communication. Our intention is never to inconvenience anyone, only to provide business owners with the option to explore funding if they wish.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! We received a $45,000 loan from Premium Capital with a weekly draw. The first payment withdrawal was correct but I noticed they took an additional payment the following week under a different company name. When I texted John Last, Head of Underwriting his reply was "it was a processing error and I would receive a refund in 1-2 weeks. Two weeks go by and he hasn't responded to my text messages. A few days go by and I inquire again and he replies he has been out of the office for a family emergency. Another week goes by and still no response. DO NOT trust this company!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR

Mike Jones at premium Capital is a genuine rock star. The lending industry for small business can be a lot to take in if you just put your company info out there and search for lenders. They swarm you like sharks. Seriously, we dealt with 6-10 people from just as many companies and had dozens of phone calls. Mike Jones was calm, professional and genuine. He answered our questions gave us a great offer, and there was little to no back and forth. He made the experience far more comfortable and honest than I think anyone else would have (the things some of these people will say to you for taking a minute to think about it). There was 0 pressure and 0 harassment. If you know, you know. So from one business owner to another, do yourself a favor and choose Premium Capital, ask for Mike Jones. It's a big decision and he made it a positive one and helped us every step of the way. Thank you Premium Capital, thank you Mike Jones!!!

This company is harassing me with texts and won't stop no matter how many times I text "stop"

This company is harassing me with text messages and they will not stop. Over the last YEAR AND A HALF I have gotten texts -- multiple apiece...some 3, 4, 5, 6 texts apiece -- from Sammy, Joseph, Kevin, David, Brandon, Robin, Michael, Scott, Nathan, Luis, Joey, and John, a handful of whom I have texted "stop" to, but the company these people work for still thinks it's OK to just change the number they're texting people from after they say "stop," and continue texting them. It's not ok, though, it's illegal. The last one who texted me I told to remove my number completely from their database so the company is not continuing to just send different people after me. Did they stop? Nope! Just waited a full month this time and then texted me again today...and didn't use any name this time. Since clearly your employees who are texting me do not understand how to put a number on the DNC list, I will state here that if I get one more text from Premium Capital I will be reporting your company to the FTC the second it hits my phone for illegal texting practices. This needs to stop.

The 5 star reviews are absolutely fake.

This is a predatory lending company that may be a full-on scam.

Once this company gets your contact details, they will not stop contacting you. It doesn't matter how many times you ask to be removed from their list, reply STOP to their texts, or report them as junk they use different numbers and just keep going.

I don't even own a business any longer. I've told them this. It doesn't matter. I get constant calls and texts from them weekly with unsolicited lending offers.

Trustpilot needs to do a better job screening these reviews.

Very Quick and Easy Funding Experience

Working with Ethan was such a pleasure as he helped me secure a quick working Capital loan for my business. I get plenty of calls and texts from scammers, however Ethan and his company are the real deal and they continue to be a pleasure to work with. Very professional service!
