Awful customer service and very long delivery time
Ordered two items in on order. They arrived separately about two weeks apart with the second item taking about a whole month to arrive. Communication was awful as they did not respond to any of my emails or queries about my order and they have no phone number to ring either. The company do sell good products and I am happy with my items but the customer service is awful and practically non-existent and the delivery time is unbelievably long, making me wonder if I would ever receive my items. I have ordered from then in the past and received all of my orders despite the long delivery time.

Great bang for the buck
These products are on the cheaper side but the quality is good. Don't know what the other reviews are referring to but i received my carbon fiber case in around 9 days and i don't see any quality issues.

5 month delivery time…
Ordered in April 2021, received September 2021. Product just comes from AliExpress, premium carbon just being a reseller at higher prices. Wrong addresses used, package travelled to US and back etc. Don’t buy here.

Emailed the company 3x and no reply. Horrible service. Thinking it’s a scam to buy their products. the delivery takes forever to come (still hasn’t arrived). Going somewhere else next time. Still haven’t gotten my money back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I ordered a carbon fiber airpods case $34.99 on October 03 2020....order #2902 this item has still not been delivered & tried to contact the shop i have had no response/reply...there are no tracking details when you request tracking detail - it just goes to your order.... do not order from this shop - reported to banking fraud
