Was looking for flights from Singapore to HongKong and was offered a better deal for Singapore Airlines despite looking for budget flights on my own. They definitely helped to cater my needs and what I was looking for (eg. good flight timings to match my hotel check-in time etc) and assist my whole flight booking procedure even to helping me with my Krisflyer account set up. Excellence and prompt service is what makes them different from other typical search engines for cheap flights. Their tailored service is what makes the whole experience pleasant and convenient. Definitely recommended!
