Too complex and not worth the hassle…
Plenty of communication but totally over complicated for a non trained customer to comprehend. Not worth the hassle of ploughing through tedious and repetitive documents. I keep signing up to this each year, forgetting that I'm paying extra for this - I must remember next year to pay up front for the insurance.
