The response lag time after initial contact was extremely slow. Understand you've had resources changes yet the delay was excessive.

So far, my experience has been great. They are so fast to answer my questions. This is my first company:) I am very busy with training dogs. But I need a logo:) To hand my design off and they are creating my logo. Makes my journey a little more bearable! Lindsey is just so delightful:) absolutely helpful! I appreciate her oversight! Premium design agency is a reliable yet trustworthy company. Their web designing services are really second to none. They've developed a professional and austhetically appealing website for my startup. I would highly recommend everyone to use their services!

I have a story to share with you about my experience with Premium Design Agency. I contacted them in November to create a web app and went into great detail about the features I wanted. I even set a one-month deadline, which they agreed to with no additional charge. Initially, they quoted me $1,900 for the project. However, after some time, they kept adding more charges until the final cost reached $3,000! To make matters worse, they took six months to deliver the website, despite my repeated requests to expedite the process.

Eventually, I asked them to just deliver the website, even if it wasn't complete. However, they demanded an additional $3,000 for something called "ADA" with a so-called "company discount" of $1,200. I refused to pay this extra charge, but they sent no letter for me to sign as they had promised. Instead, they sent me the code sources and let me use the website for only a week or two before shutting it down, claiming that "someone had reported my website to ADA," and I had to pay the extra charge to release it.

After I agreed to pay, they suddenly reopened my site. It was then that I realized I couldn't trust them at all. I cloned my website and moved on from their dishonest and unprofessional behavior. Please don't make the same mistake I did and use their services. Do your research, and you'll see their phone number listed everywhere on websites as a warning.

DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY TAKE YOUR PROJECT AS LONG AS THEY COULD SO THEY CAN ASK YOU TO GIVE THEM MORE MONEY AND EVEN IF YOU GIVE THEM MORE THEY WONT DELIVER, THE WEBSITE IS FULL OF BUGS AND, PLEASE FOR GOD SAKE, THESE GUYS JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, THEY COME UP WITH NUMEROUS BULLSH1T TO BAIT YOU, EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE AND UNTRUSTFUL. USE THEM AND YOU WILL REGRET I WARN YOU.

Amazing services provider they have given me amazing logo designs that I haven't expected, I just told my vision what I wanted they have come with 3 different ideas and all were beyond my expectation. looking forward to work with you again guys.

I have been with Premium Design Agency for years and it was time for a website and logo update. I'm so happy with the results.
