Bought a new cooktop and range hood from Premium Home Source and everything went smoothly. The shipping was faster than I expected and the packaging was soli. There was no damage or missing parts. I installed it and followed the instructions the install was straightforward and the unit works great so far. It’s quieter than my old one and actually looks pretty sleek in the kitchen. Haven’t had to deal with customer service yet, but based on the experience so far I’d definitely order from them again.

We ordered the full ZLINE appliance package from Premium Home Source for our kitchen remodel, and overall we’ve been really happy with it. Everything looks sharp and works well, but the 48” gas range is by far my favorite part.

It heats up fast, the burners are powerful, and it’s surprisingly easy to keep clean. I’ve especially noticed how evenly it cooks, even when the oven is fully loaded. Roasts, casseroles, even baked goods come out exactly how I want them.
One thing I didn’t expect is how well it maintains temperature without constant cycling on and off. It’s made a big difference when I’m slow cooking or doing longer recipes.

Premium Home Source made the whole buying process easy and straightforward. Delivery was on time and everything arrived in perfect shape. Highly recommend!

They helped me narrow down my decision between the models and the unit came a full week earlier than expected!! We’ve been using it weekly to preserve our garden produce! This review is regarding my recent interaction with Astrid. she has been very helpful after dealing with multiple representatives with this company other companies. we had a major issue with one of the deliveries. Majority of the issue laws related to the third-party. Astrid or the last 2 to 3 months has helped me every step of the way. She put tremendous time and effort to make sure we receive top-notch care with our products that we purchased through premium home services. I have multiple real estate properties and I will make sure because of Astrid to shop at premium home services as my top choice for appliances from now on. Thank you so much Astrid!!!

I purchased a full appliance package for my home in Florida. Price, Ordering, Delivery and Quality was all great. But, the best part was Customer Service. I had a minor problem. Customer Service was quick, professional and respectful. I highly recommend PHS!

The website was easy to navigate and customer service was excellent. The products I purchased were delivered fast and on time.

Alex went above and beyond…. There was some challenges with product availability but the communication was more than I expected in today’s climate. Just as I was about to modify my original order I received a phone call saying they located the missing hood vent and a refrigerator to ship our complete appliance package. The pricing was good but the service was great.

I have had a great experience with the customer support staff for our order. I ordered a large appliance package when it went on sale but the house it was going in was being completely remodeled and wasn't ready for appliances. They made arrangements for it to be held for us for several months until the house was ready for it. There was some confusion when we were finally ready to set up a delivery date and they were incredibly helpful and prompt in helping us fix the problem. I am grateful for such accommodating people who are willing to do whatever is needed to make things easier. It's a rare find these days.

10/10! Some delays caused by international and tariff concerns outside of the power of Premium Home Source and yet they went above and beyond to overcome the shipment problems for me and everything will be delivered in time now. Special thanks to Kathy who was very courteous and helpful.

Alex, whom I dealt with in customer service, quickly realized the fridge I ordered would not be available for delivery in time and promptly offered me different comparable options for no increase in prices

Goodness, where do I start? I ordered my beautiful appliances (and may I say...way too many beautiful selections...but I finally "settled"!)...the lady was so kind and responsive when I asked if I could delay delivery for a month (as I was building in northern Michigan and the weather was not cooperating). She delayed the order to be PERFECTLY timed...thank you Anna! You have been my life line through this....

I purchased a bundle from Permium Home Source that included Zline Autograph range top, microwave, and oven — all 2024 models. I even bought the extended warranty for extra peace of mind. Unfortunately, the experience has been anything but reassuring.

The microwave stopped working in less than a week. While they did agree to replace it, it took them three months to send me not one, but three incorrect units — all in the wrong color and model. Despite my repeated efforts to resolve the issue, they kept sending me an older 2021 model that was the wrong color.

What’s worse is that their own website continued to advertise the correct 2024 model in the right color — the very one I originally bought. Yet after months of frustrating back-and-forth communication, they claimed they didn’t have it in stock anymore. If that’s true, why is it still being advertised as available?

Their customer service was completely unhelpful and gave me the runaround for months. They either couldn’t or wouldn’t take responsibility for fixing the issue properly. In the end, I still don’t have what I paid for, and I regret ever choosing ZLINE and Premium Home Source.

Bottom line: I would not recommend buying from PHS. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a more reputable dealer who actually delivers on their promises.

Here is an update 2.5 Months later:

After posting my original review here, I was finally contacted by Premium Home Source. Interestingly, they had the microwave in stock the entire time, but only took action after my negative reviews went up. I did receive the correct item in the right color, and they also sent a complimentary set of pots and pans.

While I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, it's disappointing that they ONLY took care of the issue because of multiple negative reviews. Prior to that, I was told the item wasn’t available.

Another important concern: my original, honest review was removed from their site — which raises questions about transparency and the reviews you read on their site.

This experience shows just how powerful reviews can be. While I received my item in the end, I’m not sure I would shop with them again.

The customer service was beyond expectations when a Zline product was damaged in shipment. PHS had people who spoke American English, and were helpful to send a replacement pronto! I would recommend you use this vendor for your appliance needs!

Premium Home Source has a great range of products. They have great service and my shipments have been very timely! If you are looking for high quality products for your home look at PHS first!

Premium Home Source hires premium people! Everyone that I had contact with via email or phone was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Kathy and Astrid provided amazing customer service. I got the appliances I wanted for an unbeatable price, and was able to receive a prompt refund for a range hood insert that ultimately was provided by my cabinet maker. I would highly recommend this company for the best prices on the best appliances!!

Excellent Customer Service! I love the customer service so far. I was granted delayed shipping due to my construction timeline! I’ve received calls to make sure my shipping date was good or if I needed to push it. I really appreciated that!
