Usually a very good experience with this company, however recent order was a let down. The bottle arrived with an obvious 'leak'. Citrus aroma noted from staining on the label, the lid was loose and required re-tightening, and the bottle appeared about a quarter less than full. Tried to ring them to advise a potential quality control issue, but got a recorded message saying the "number was not connected ". Disappointing as I've never had a problem with the company prior.

Customer service is non existent
The supposed customer service manager was rude and unhelpful in her emails to me and I waited weeks and weeks for a reply and to try and get it sorted
The website doesn’t work when trying to place an order
I tried hundreds of times to order and it kept deleting my discount code and saying that the shipping choice hadn’t been chosen
Tried to call the mobile number given and it rang out every time, no call back
I ended up ordering a similar product from a different company
I will not use this company now no matter how good their product is
