Beyond Words

Nothing but good things to say. Everyone was more than helpful during the process of buying our 1st home. They were very efficient and quick about getting the needed paperwork to us and processed. Every time my wife or I had a question, they the staff were quick to respond and helped us to understand what was going on. Thank You So Much!!!

Okay, nothing more.

Overall, the communication or lack there of, between our mortgage agent and ourselves was quite disappointing. I did not feel as though we were treated as individuals but more as another customer on a conveyor belt. I do appreciate this company for its values and willingness to help veterans but the staff seems to lack that same caring attitude.

Getting this mortgage was an absolute …

Getting this mortgage was an absolute nightmare! There was very little to no communication at all between the employees at Premium Mortgage. It was a complete joke! I was asked for the same paystubs at least 4 different times, they kept losing them every time along with many other items I sent them numerous times. They lost everything I sent them at least 3-4 times. They switched loans on me 4 days before I was due to close on my house almost leaving me homeless!! If I wasn't able to get in an early at my new house I really woukd have been homeless! They are absolutely horrible and I will never deal with Premium Mortgage again or send anyone to them!! I would call and call and I would never get a return phone call back. Buying and selling a house is stressful enough and getting this loan from Premium didn't help with that at all. I would give 0 zero stars to rate Premium but the minimum was 1.

First time homebuyer

This was my first time buying a home and I was unaware of a lot of things. But with premium they helped me figure out what needed to be done and what needed to be signed when. Even in this crazy market they made sure to get the process done as fast as possible, which got me into my new home faster. I would recommend this team to anyone!

change closing document hours before the closing

I requested they remove Escrow account from the mortgage, and got reply that is Ok, and received closing document with Escrow a week before the closing.
On the day of the closing, just hours before, they sent my attorney a new closing document with Escrow account.

Amazing Experience!!

I had a very tricky situation that no other lender was willing to help me with. I was lucky enough to be recommended to Amy and her team by my realtor. Amy stepped up and made it happen!! The confidence that Amy and her team had to get it done was invaluable to me. I always felt like I was in the loop and any questions I had were promptly responded to. Can't recommend them enough!!

100% Satisfied

I am so glad that we worked with Annette Kopp at Premium Mortgage. She is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. She was available at all hours of the day to work around my husband's and my work schedule. She always got back to us in a timely manner and took time to explain to us anything we had any questions on. Also, I am super impressed that we received our clear to close on a Saturday. I was expecting Monday when I heard we had been cleared. Our first mortgage process over 5 years ago was extremely stressful. Annette assured us it would be a much better experience and it 💯 was.

We came to Premium Mortgage on a rec from our RE agent since an established bank with offices in Buffalo could not clear us for a loan even though they pre-qualified us three months earlier.
Time was of the essence since our house had sold and the offer on a replacement house was about to expire.
Granted, our credit file was "complicated", but regardless, what the bank couldn't provide in three months, Premium came through in 4 weeks.
We got the VA loan, closed on the house and we've moved in ... Done!
The process was orderly and professional and in the end, successful!

At first I was pleased with the …

At first I was pleased with the customer service. Once my rate lock expired things seemed to turn. I asked about re-locking and I was given vastly different information than I was when I initially locked. When I initially locked I was told I could get the lower rate and if the rate went down my fee per month would be a couple hundred dollars. When the time came to lock back in I was told I could not get the lowest rate and but I could get lower rate. I was also told that it was something like $60-$80/day to lock!I was in the process of switching companies and then magically I was offered what I was told I would be in the first place.When it came time to close we needed to be in by a certain day. If we were not in we would not have a place to live. When the day came our appraisal came in less an hour late after given ample notice of how much time was needed. Then the next day there was an "error" found at the last minute that we had credit card that did not exist on our account which cost us another day. Then the next day the escrow was not correct so that error had to be fixed. I will say Jane Zimmerman did provide us with excellent costumer service but unfortunately she was the only one. I was not going to send this letter until what happened the past 2 days. yesterday I called because our payment is due in 10 days and I have not received information on who to make the payment to. I left voice message and was never called back. I call today in the morning left a voice message and was never called back. I called 2 hours later asking to talk t someone else. I left a voice message and was never called back. I called a third time a few hours later and someone was very helpful and sent emails out to accounting and I was told I would receive a call back today. I never did.

Highly Recommended!!!

From the start, Premium Mortgage made this process run smoothly. I never had to leave my office to meet with anyone, which made my hectic life with two young kids and a full time job so much easier. Everything I needed to sign was done electronically, and all communication could be made via email. I was very impressed with Joel and Brandon and their ability to stay on top of things to help clear me to close.I would highly recommend using Premium Mortgage, and if needed, I will be a return customer for sure. Thank you for making this process so seamless and as painless as possible. I appreciate all of your help!!

Excellent customer service!!!

Sayuko and Rebecca went above and beyond to make the mortgage process easy and stress free, all of our questions were answered right away. I can not say enough about how happy I am with Premium and Sayuko and Rebecca! I will be referring family and friends to them in the future!

This was the easiest process from start to finish! Jerry Frate and Kim were both amazing, extremely helpful and quick to answer all of my questions. Do yourself a favor and go with Premium. Ask for Jerry, he's to the point and incredibly knowledgeable. Job well done Premium!

This was my first time ever looking and …

This was my first time ever looking and perching a house. I heard so many bad story's but after I started working with Sayuko Oishi it was the best feeling ever. She worked with me and was by my side the entire time. She worked with my schedule and helped me 120% the entire process. I'm very thankful for having her support and having someone by my side and understanding and explaining everything to me in details. I will forever be thankful for her support and help and will tell everyone the great support and service she provided me. I'm very thankful from the bottom of my heart.
