Gage and Michelle were fantastic to work with from beginning to end of this process. Only a couple small hiccups by way of requested documentation (i.e. if you are asking for tax returns, please also request the supporting documentation at the same time to save a second request). Communication was excellent, process was as smooth as one could hope for and the timeline that was estimated at the beginning was nailed on the money. We worked with Donna Maxwell, and she was terrific. In particular, when our contingent offer was "bumped" by the Seller, she and her team were extremely responsive in helping speed things along so that we could ultimately get approved with no contingency, within the 48 hour bump window. Had we worked with a bigger bank, I'm pretty sure we'd have lost the house. Donna was responsive and attentive, from start to finish, and was everything I could have hoped for in a broker.
