well, the guy to whom i talked seemed preety rude.
This is how he corresponed with me:
1. ke ko lagi hola ?
2. Naam k rakham ?
I mean, how about greeting Namaste to a client or welcoming him before writing "ke ko lagi hola?" Is that a professional attitude?
