Grammarly password system has not been satisfactory.
So, When I Purchased this, I was told that the updated password for Grammarly would be emailed to us on a regular basis as you guys change the password once every 2 weeks. I purchased your 1 year Grammarly subscription on the 24th of august and I have had to ask for a new password every 2 weeks. I requested that my email be added to your server list and I was told that it was done. Nothing yet. 3 months and 7 passwords later, I am still messaging your team for a new password on a bi-weekly basis. I want you to know that I am also subscribed to MS office, Netflix and Spotify; very happy with those services. But Please do something about Grammarly and its passwords. Its very unpleasant to have to message your team, and show proof of purchase everytime to get a new password.
