Wrong delivery number given so went into full panic mode. Resolved and delivered by next day! Good communication via what's app, items all arrived and verified via barcodes. Honestly can't complain at all with the service and pricing compared to other wholesalers. Will one hundred percent use again 👌
First time using this company, absolutely rubbish(clean version😉)
Placed online order, item listed as in stock turned out to be out of stock so offered replacement
Around 4 days later card from postman, postage underpaid, no, I won’t be paying that one
Emailed but no reply so wait now for item to be returned, credit card company notified
Needless to say won’t be ordering anything again

Excellent service and thanks again for your service.
These guys supply all my vape needs in a timely manner after ordering. In current times they have been a life saver as I have been shielding since March and not been able to get out to the vape shop in town. Plus they are cheaper!!!

Been trying to contact them for 3 days with no reply. Received my order with products missing. I’ve emailed and contacted them on Facebook and still no reply
After finally getting through to them via email. They solved my problem straight away
