Thames Water identified a leak which we had fixed but still said we had a leak. Shane and his brother visited today, did initial tests and confirmed we have no leak. They are honest and very thorough and could have charged us for all the relevant checks. Will provide a report to send through. In addition found a few issues with the roof and kitchen unit. Would recommend a 100% and will always call again. Reliable, honest and thorough.

They unblocked one above ground and one underground drain and replaced two taps in my house in 2022. The repairs hold, and there were no problems since then.

They worked fast and kept to the agreed quote.

We recently used this company after having a mains water leak. We used a prior company that advised the leak was under the floor in the center of our kitchen, a huge hole later to find the leak was not in this location. I was very dubious about using another company but given the circumstances tried this company.

This company attended and ran several tests, locating the water leak (nowhere near the location that the previous company advised). After locating the leak they then went on to check for any further possible leaks before fixing the broken pipe. They also followed their visit with a detailed report for our insurance company.

I cannot recommend this company enough. They arrived at the scheduled time, worked diligently until the leak was fixed. I am happy to answer any questions anyone may have as I understand how hard it is to trust a company when you are in a situation that is out of your control and is not a normal plumbing fix.
