From quote (very competitive and very quick),to communication, to service in terms of speed of booking my template in, to speed of manufacturing my worktop, to fitting. All of it absolutely brilliant.

The quality of the work surface is absolutely top class too! And thank you to the installation team, who travelled down from Leeds to London to do it! Much appreciated!

Easy to deal with.. And what a fantastic job. We had some issues getting our island on time from our fitter but they were very accommodating with templating and fitting. Would 100% recommend. Looks fab. Tristone storm glass.

Just had my Staron in Sanded Meadow worktop installed and I am absolutely delighted. The fitters came as and when discussed and were very professional. The workmanship is perfect and all at a very competitive price. I’m a very happy customer and would highly recommend Direct Worktops.

Now we are ordering for our main kitchen, quite a bit of quartz, and i am 100pct certain it will be a perfect job!

We are always dubious about online offers that are more competitive than others, but in this instance we had no reason to be concerned.
From the initial advice (including pointing us in the direction of an alternative manufacturer that was similar to the one we had seen locally but 50% cheaper), through to re-arranging the installation at short-notice due to delay with our kitchen delivery (and still ensuring we got the worktop fitted by Xmas), Richard and the team couldn't have been more professional and helpful.

Without doubt we will recommend to friends and family and use them again at some point.

From contacting Alex to receiving our samples and deciding what design / materials we wanted probably took about 6 months.
His advice and our ideas work perfectly together and we have just had our worktop fitted and as asked for “ no joins and to look like a continuous worktop…..Superb.

A big thank you to Premium Worktops Direct. They were so helpful when we contacted them for our kitchen worktops. Alex was very helpful and polite whenever we spoke. Then there’s the to lads who came to measure and fit the quartz. Chris and Brandon were such pleasant and professional lads. The job they did for us was perfect. I asked if it would be possible for the pattern to flow through the joins of the quartz and they said it couldn’t be guaranteed but they would do their best. Their best was perfection, the patterning through the joins was impeccable, making the join hardly noticeable. Can’t praise them enough. The lads have their own company as well. I would love to name it but they made a point of saying they don’t advertise as they are inundated with work generated purely by recommendation. I think that speaks for itself. Brilliant.

Slight error in installation was sorted out with astonishing promptness & courtesy. Truly exceptional service.

It’s rare nowadays to find a company who are a pleasure to deal with, but Premium Worktops are just that. The worktops look great, we were informed of every stage in the process and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Good communication in the initial stages. Neat tidy workers who did a great job measuring and fitting. Would recommend.

I was sceptical when I read the reviews but they are so well deserved. From start to finish this Company has been brilliant, and the prices are more than reasonable. So great price, great service, and a job well done. What more could you ask for. I would thouroughlyrecommend this Company without hesitation.

Alex and the team at Premium worktops were fantastic to work with. We had a lot of stone to order - across a few rooms and surfaces, some being a bit awkward and the templating was not straightforward, but they were highly professional and they nailed all of the challenges faced! I ordered a corian worktop to go around a bathroom sink. It was quite a difficult job, because the slab needed to be an unusual L-shape, but Richard and the guys were excellent at each step - from costing to templating and then to fitting - and the result looks great!

Brilliant service in every way, polite, helpful, great timing superb craftmanship, so lucky we found them.
We were looking to replace an expensive granite worktop which had stained, chipped and the silicon joints were revolting. Talking to Alex, we got great advice, and ordered Hi-Macs. From selection, template and fitting everything went brilliantly. There are no visible joins , there is curved coving between worksurface and upstand which are incredible. We chose a top mounted sink. This combination is quite simply the best for function looks, simplicity and cleaning.
Thank you Richard, Alex, Sam and Andy you were superb. If we sent Christmas cards you'd be on our list.
