Unreliable delivery
The big package was left at the door despite none being home and was unattended for a day until we were able to retrieve it. Anyone walking by on the street could have took it. The product was good, but due to horrible delivery experience, unfortunately I will never order again from them.

Trouble with wrong items and money refund
I shopped on a website and I received items of a different color from the one showed in the picture.
I immediately asked to be refunded and they proposed me to keep the products and to try to sell them to
friends. This is ridiculous and unacceptable!
I have the right to be refund, according to the common European law, and I’m really interested in receiving my money back.
I don’t know if they are going to satisfy me but I think it doesn’t worth while to buy from this company if you run the risk of loosing your money and your time in such a bed way!

I am extremely disappointed
The first is the delivery time of the goods. The website says delivery within a few days. In my understanding, a few days is 2-3, maximum 4 days. I received the product within a week.
The second is the quality of the product. A wall lamp of this quality that I have purchased cannot be worth this money. Very poor quality: poor painting, the design of the lamp is all crooked, there are some bulges and dents on the ceiling itself.
I am very dissatisfied with the product.
Besides, I can't return it just like that, as it turned out.
Firstly, I have to write to the support service and wait for a response up to (!!!!!) 14 days!!! Secondly, I need to submit an application to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform. This is unthinkable! I have the right to return the purchase within 2 weeks. This is how it works all over the world. But no - the premiumX superstore has its own laws and regulations.
I am extremely disappointed.
