Order required items, they were delivered the next day by our regular delivery driver - he has been delivering to us in a central city location for over a decade and is unflappable, professional and a huge asset to the organisation.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you and recognise the support we have been given so far. It’s been a real pleasure dealing with Scott. He has been consistently helpful, responsive, and easy to work with, which has made the whole process much smoother on our side.

It’s genuinely appreciated when someone takes the time to communicate clearly and work with us to make sure our requirements and needs are met and provide a customer service way beyond expectations. That level of service doesn’t go unnoticed and I think scott is a credit to Premvan. Great service deserves to be recognised, and I’d be grateful if this feedback could be shared so that your efforts are acknowledged because they certainly do not go unrecognised here at Dispensing Centre.

When you place an order its with you the very next day which is exactly the way it should be.

My concern regarding my recent order, which has been marked as “delivered” despite the fact that I have not received the items. I have raised this issue multiple times and escalated it through the proper channels, but unfortunately, I have not received any satisfactory resolution so far.

I am very disappointed with the lack of support in addressing this matter. Other e-commerce platforms I have used in the past have clear policies for refunds or replacements in such situations, ensuring customer satisfaction. It is disappointing to see that your company does not appear to offer a similar level of service.

I kindly request that you review my case again and provide an appropriate solution, either by issuing a refund or arranging a replacement for the undelivered items.

Easy and quick communication with account managers, one advise is may be to update their products availability in the website will be great.

I have been with Premvan for a while now and I find their customer service very friendly and helpful and their delivery times are mostly next day.
Price wise they are very competitive. I would highly recommend them for all you stationary needs.

Pretty reliable, and currently my go-to office equipment supplier. Good in that they bring together a range of office, catering and janitorial items and you can order across the categories together. Contract prices are very good if you ask for them, and general prices on the website have improved a lot recently. Sales reps are attentive. Only had one issue with a delivery that I needed to raise with them, and it was dealt with swiftly.

It's an easy process to order on line, Adrianne made it really easy and set up out contract list quickly so we could get started, we get a next day delivery which is important and the team in general are very helpful.
