I used this to have data for a work trip on the Caribbean and it worked perfectly. The set up was easy and quick and I had no issues with connectivity whilst travelling.

Easy to use Simcard service, multiple trips to USA, always reliable.
Used in 2024, 2025 and will do so again for our trip to Florida starting 25th of April.

Purchased a 20 day unlimited esim for Japan for best price I could find online. Confirmation with QR code arrived immediately. When trying to install on iPhone XS Max it failed. Contacted the help desk by mail and received a reply within 10 minutes. Problem was eventually fixed after rebooting the iPhone. When arriving in Japan the esim worked immediately. Just make sure you change the 'mobile data' setting from your primary SIM to the esim.

I bought an unlimited data eSIM for 7 days for Japan and after only 2 days, having used only about 1,5gb, the data stream trickled down to the point where not possible to even open an email. It’s not the the kind of thing you want to spend time on, on a holiday. Too bad…

Applying for the eSim is really easy, and my experience with it has been really good. Since the first day I bought it, there hasn’t been any problem with it.

I purchased the e-sim with unlimited data and local calls for a 10 days vacation in the US.
I activated the SIM just before leaving with no problems. When I arrived in the US we had immediately access to the T-Mobile network that work very well for all the time spent in the US.

But 2 pm provisioning time on 1st day is a bit late for USA and Canada, planes depart earlier. So i had to find a public wlan first to download the esim. On ordering, I asked for an earlier provionsing time but got no answer.

Best worldwide service i have experienced, recieved e-sim on time, on arrival in US or EU turn it on and hey presto works all the time, never let me down. I would recomend PrepaidZero to anyone travelling.

Didn't work in the usa. I bought an actual sim because my phone is 5years old. So I know e sim wouldnt work. The only reply I got to my email was that phone would not be compatible. I tried both my phones but nothing. 55euros wasted and no compensation. No where in the world I have issues with buying local sim cards. But this time they say it is my phone...very odd. Would not recommend it.
