I have tried to contact this company about my order 3 times by phone and email. It’s been a week and no response either way. I would not use this company again. I will stick with King Arthur who have wonderful service.

scam company... placed order for many bread making supplies.... my order came frozen.... I immediately called the company....... now a total of 6 calls... left messages... no reply... no email response either..... after researching I see they are not a reputable company.... have started a complaint with them per my bank.... disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Very disappointed. I've been a customer of them since 2013. I've had always been satisfied with the products and every single time they shipped the order within 2 days and delivered within a week. This time, I placed an order 1/29/2025. They send a receipt saying to allow 3-4 days processing. A week later still no word, no shipping info, so I sent an email. No response. Waited two days, sent another email. No response. Send another email the following day, and submitted a help request through their website. No response. Called and left a message, no call back. Sent another email and called again, no response.

They cancel my orders and didn't issue a refund scammers for sure do not buy from them

I was a repeat customer. However, this last time I placed an order on 1/12. They took the money that day. I have asked for a status update by email and left a voicemail. No response. I have now emailed and left a voicemail to cancel the order. Again, no response. I’m going to have to dispute the charge with my card apparently to get my money returned. Will never order from them again.

I have shopped with them time to time, for Xmas I ordered bread mixes for the wife. They never came. Contacted both PP and USPS no joy. Will not ever order from them again. Apparently it is a cr@p shoot as to whether you get your order. I just waved goodbye to $50.

This review has been a long time coming as i have time to think about this product.
Ok i bought a few different bread mixes from white to wheat to sourdough and i have had nothing but problem the yeast was passed it use date so i had to purchase new yeast that was the frist thing to go wrong the second thing is the instructions it appears to be an easy task but it dose not work i tried to make three loaves at different times in my sunbeam bread maker and they failed so bad they did not rise they did not bake either.
The company claims that there product works in this machine but it dose not so i state that if you have this machine dont by this product it dose not work .
