I have never received a bad meal from these guys. Unbelievable service , I struggle being a fussy eater but these meals are not only healthy but the flavoursome. It’s basically all the benefits of a cheeky takeaway but you get high protein healthy meals ! Would certainly recommend

Firstly, the customer service when ordering and receiving the meals is amazing! Any questions or queries are answered quickly which made me feel valued when purchasing meals from this company. Onto the delivery process- this is very positive and not much more to add on this part except from that delivery is fast and reliable. Next the meal quality- the meals are very good quality and extremely tasty, the even better thing is that they have all of the foods that you need in your diet inside them and all you need to do is warm them up! No hassle at all, so easy and time efficient!! Overall I would 100% recommend Prep By Gainz for your meal preps!

Tasty food low calories and high protein. Very good for a busy working mum with a business. Also you can walk down to the gym to get a meal from the fridge if you live locally which is always helpful. Pretty much tried everything and the Mac and cheese is still my favourite.
