Accidentally hit wrong button on website. Meant to order only one, they added 2 more. Said I needed to contact them before 3 hrs. Sent email 15 minutes after I saw my mistake, they got back to me 4 hrs later, said they had already fulfilled my order, so too bad. I upped my stars to 3 from 1, they finally corrected the problem, after several emails.

Zero customer service, they will take your money but it's a gamble on whether or not you receive the product. Don't believe me? Just check better business bureau.
I made an order, they shipped to the wrong address and instead of offering any assistance I was told three times that they would do nothing. Guess a $7.50 magnet that sells for $30 is irreplaceable!

Excellent product, I use it with all my pistols, very good quality, it arrived relatively quickly.

I bought a couple of quickdraws for my home and my car and they work really great, the magnet really keeps your gun secure

I ordered a product and try to return half of it because I over ordered by mistake I’ve been emailing emailing them for a month and their policy says that they will contact you within 48 hours it’s been a month and I have heard nothing you cannot call them and all you get is an automated email answer they lost a good customer for that

Same story as the other buyers it’s been over two weeks no product no confirmation of shipping I think I just got ripped off

If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have. I ordered a product from them and never received it. When I checked the order status a week, two weeks, and even a month later, it was never even shipped. I emailed the support email address I was given THREE times and never got a response

Perpcision customer contacted me vie e-mail and corrected the issue with my order. The one unit I did ordered arrived yesterday and worked as designed. Easy to install in vehicle and holds all my handguns securely. Would recommend this product.

Product is great but they charged me for 3 mounts and I only received 1. Now they won’t send me the other 2 I paid for or refund me for them

This company is a fraud! I haven’t received my item and there is no way to call customer service. They don’t respond to emails. I wish I would’ve researched before buying!

Looks like another company that advertises on FB that cares nothing about customer support. I ordered one because the ad said very fast shipping. Now I get an email saying they're having delays. If they're having problems shipping in a timely manner there ad should say so. Dont expect to receive yours any time soon, if at all.

3/16 - Found this product online and tried to order one. They charged me for two. They did get back to me a couple of days later and said they would refund. Since it had already shipped, they could not stop the shipment. It did arrive and unfortunately with my Romeo 1 sight on pistol it would not work any where in my vehicle. They were very responsive to send a return label. This looks like it will work for most pistols with standard iron sights, but may not if your sights are raised up at all. Depends where it is being mounted and how. Thanks Prepcision!

I have ordered from this company and haven't received my order. They keep giving me the run around. Site says should've arrived to February 20th,but hasn't left Florida. Gave me order number and tracking number nothing after that. USPS hasn't received product. I emailed them several times but it's just sending same message they sent with my first complaint. I believe this is a scam never intended to send anything. I have checked the BBB reports on them and looks like I'm not only one taken by them. Look elsewhere cause not reliable company to deal with.

I ordered two items back on November 11, 2020. I received my email telling me the item was on the way via USPS with a tracking number The tracking number is fake according to USPS and all of my emails to prepcision have never been answered. Safe to assume this company is a complete fraud.

I ordered a QuickDraw on 12/11 and received 12/21. I feel bad for the others who never received and got worried the same would happen to me, but it didn’t. Not sure what went wrong with the others. The product is great. Seems quality assurance and customer service may need an upgrade but they’re definitely not scammers.

Ordered Dec 12. Had a tracking number sent to me. Received the 3 products I ordered on Dec 23. No issues

Same issues. Ordered items mid November, and have not received anything.. Scam

Placed an order more than 3 weeks ago. No response, but they took my payment. Emailed twice without response. Even left a message in comments on their FB ads. It's looking to be fraudulent.
