Its been four months of eating the monthly menu and 8/10 it hits the mark.

A good variety of meals, loved the snacks and the deserts.

Thank you for some great meals

Up to a month ago I would have recommended. However the menu seems to have been cut way back and the site has lost all my previous orders.

Amazing and tasty. Great value too

The food is tasty and so are the snacks. The package arrives in a sealed aluminium wrapper with ice inside to keep it cool, and the package is delivered on the same morning it is sent.

They are let down by their lack of internal processes, system failures, inability to hold their hands up and do not offer compensation for troubles.

When special requirements are on orders, they do not carry across when your subscription renews each month so a lot of the food has had to be thrown. Again, they just apologise and do not rectify their mistake.

They randomly changed my delivery day from a Thursday to the Friday one time, and tried to deflect blame from themselves.

They informed me that I would need to cancel my subscription and re-subscribe as the meals are changing, but failed to mention the price hike. When I cancelled prior to the end of the month, the remaining order was supposed to still be delivered but it was not. When I contacted PrepPerfect to ask where my delivery is, they put the blame on DPD even though it was obvious the mistake was with PrepPerfect due to the cancellation.

I was on the fence between two stars and three, but I have gone with three as the food is of good quality, there is a good balance of the nutrition my body requires and my body fat has stripped back nicely making my abs more apparent. They are let down by not being able to hold their hands up, not offering compensation and bad internal systems / processes.

Was alright, but much better prep services out there.

Was just meat, carb and veg. No real meal or anything just the basic gym bro kinda stuff.

Samon fish was not well cooked. Wish the food had more flavour

Ordered food for 5 days and when it arrived it had to be consumed within 4days and it went bad before the 4th day!

Beef was foul tasting! And the roast chicken tasted awful.

Surprised how much money was spent for such disgusting food!

Perfect delivery handoff and well packaged. The food is very tasty. As a busy single person with no access to a kitchen, this has saved money and time for me.

Just received my order yesterday, so far so good. Easy to use and tried the peri fish for weight loss meals and it was good. Fair portion and can't wait to try the rest

Very nice food. Easy to order and to have delivered. Stops me going to the supermarket and buy on unhealthy food. A game changer for me!

Horrible service. The order was never received and they do not do nothing about it telling me to contact police. Absurd.

I wouldn’t consider recommending this food to any of my friends.

Avoid Pasta or steak. I haven’t tried the fish.

This is my first time using Prep Perfect and I am so impressed! The meals are absolutely delicious and good value for money - we’ll definitely be buying again.

Food arrived well packed and with easy to follow instructions. The meals are amazing too, the right amount of food and fresh and taste amazing. Will deffo be a returning customer.
