The glue went foggy after only 2 years

The glue went foggy after only 2 years. Out of warranty, they offered to redo it at my expense. As if I would pay to get them to do a job again that was unacceptable first time!

Thank you for resending your message through again as I’ve now obviously received it.

Yes it does look like they are delaminating. Unfortunately as your order is nearly 2 ½ years old it is now out of our warranty period.

We could however (at a cost) take the lenses off your mask completely and have them re-laminated for you. The cost of this would be $106 + GST, plus return freight.

High quality

Excellent service. You MUST make sure you have the right mask for you either from them or someone else (get fitted first!) and then get their prescription service. I have a Tusa Paragon with a fairly complicated prescription. Wow! What a beautiful difference underwater.
