Dear Katherine, we apologise for your negative experience with us, as we are always eager to provide a high quality service to all our clients. As already explained over the phone, we did post the item in time with Royal Mail but they mistakenly sent it to the wrong depot and it was inconveniently delayed. We did offer you a solution to post another box immediately to have it with you the next day, but you dismissed this offer and demanded to return your prescription to you which we accommodated immediately.

Elena in particular has been a godsend! She's been proactive in spotting issues, calling my GP to follow up when needed, etc. Really grateful to have found this gem of a pharmacy.

I have been using prescription counter…
I have been using prescription counter for a few years now. They deliver your medication to your doorstep and they also provide great advice on any medical issues you may have , freeing up unnecessary doctors visits. Which is perfect for someone like me, who has a busy life and a young family.
Even during COVID-19, they have remained reliable, efficient, with exceptional customer care and with a consistent friendly service.

Suffering from a chronic illness, I am constantly on medication. They have made my life so much easier. I can count on them for timely delivery of my repeat prescriptions. But they have always gone one step further for me whenever I needed an urgent delivery. Always a pleasure talking to them on the phone. For someone struggling with chronic pain, their kindness and reliability are priceless
