Ordered harness and was pleased with product when it arrived and as per description. Order took a little longer than I had anticipated but prompt feedback from Seller when contacted.

Amazing product and very much loved by…

Amazing product and very much loved by my puppy 🐶 Excellent value for money also and great quality.

The only minor point I want to make was the delivery time took 20 days which is standard on their policy but would be great if this could be faster however I understand the logistics of this.. having said that I would definitely order stuff from them again X

Avoid and look for a site who operate local to you!

Unfortunately I still have nothing positive To say about this company. We still have 3 poorly made cosy beds in our house. Poorly stitched and stuffed with no care labels or fire

If the beds were made well then we would not be having this discussion.

Please avoid in case you too want to return sub standard items. This is not the way to do business PresentPet registered in UK but not in UK!

Very helpful support team!!

I recently ordered the calming bed for Marcus, my pitbull but unfortunately it was just a little bit too small for him... I asked for an exchange as I needed a bigger one and the support team was extremely helpful in making it easy. The craziest thing is they let me keep this bed and sent me a free one, and it is awesomee! Marcus is in love with it and doesn’t want to get up from it at all hahaaa. I’ve never had such an experience shopping online. I love finding these small ethical business’ online who really sympathise with you.
With the other bed that was small, I will go ahead and give it to a local animal shelter. Every little helps!!

Scam scam scam.

Payment had been taken and after 10 days + I had had no confirmation email or a notification of dispatch. I chased to cancel my order and was conveniently told that they couldn’t cancel as my order had been dispatched that very day, although there was still no confirmation of this.
I have now waited for weeks with multiple emails. On the tracker it says my dog bed has been delivered but this is totally untrue. They are refusing to refund. This is a scam. Any advice would be welcome on how to get my £45 back.
Update: Presentpet are still maintaining that I have received this item when I categorically have not and my local post office has NO RECORD of this parcel. They are continuing to refuse to refund me my money. Completely untrustworthy.

DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS

Ordered their ‘orthopaedic bed’ big enough for a dog up to 30kg.. my dog is 25kg. The bed arrived and it was very small, barely fit a 15kg dog. Nothing about it was orthopaedic, there was nothing to it. Very poor quality for £44!!!!
Please do not buy these beds! The company would not refund me so had to contact PayPal who helped me get my money back!

As per our policies, we asked for you to send us any proof of returns as the royal mail always gives you a reference number or receipt but you couldn't do so so we had to check through our warehouse to confirm that you did actually return your item. After confirming this, we issued a 100% refund to your account.

My chihuahuas are in loveee with the PresentPet calming bed!! I’m at the point where I am considering buying each color because of how nice it looks in my living room. It’s such a beautiful bed and more importantly very practical for my chihuahuas who suffer from separation anxiety... I have definitely seen an improvement in mood!

Best Harness EVER!!!!

I recently bought a personalised dog harness from PresentPet and I am soo happy with it!! Although the shipping came in two weeks, it was well worth the wait because I genuinely haven’t seen such a practical harness that allows you to customise it with your pets name and your number! Another amazing touch shopping with presentpet was their awesome customer support who always went the extra mile to re-assure me due to minor delays.. especially during these times!
It’s well worth a 5 star review! I recommend checking out presentpet for unique products that are awesome!

I understand there are delays with…

I understand there are delays with international shipping which is why I waited patiently. It was all worth it. I have three wonderful puppies and I only want nothing but the best! Thank you also for the Customer Service assistance that I got all throughout. Very outstanding! I was so aggravated at first but I felt valued.

I can’t give a zero!

I can’t give a zero!! Product cheaply made with no labels (dog beds).

They lied about weight and contents to get through customs cheaply from China.

When I mentioned the MD they lied and said he’d left, but his details were still on the Gov.com website.

They told us we had to return product to China at the cost of £50, even though the company address is in London!

very bad

Please read the reviews before buying the products from them. Has been a month and no item. They won’t refund you or help. When you click on track my order it shows in transit for weeks. Very bad

Review Update

I now write to update my previous review.
I have since been contacted by Valentina at Presentpet.com and she has confirmed that they will refund my costs in full.

I accept that delivery errors do occur and accept that this delivery was outside of their control as apparently it was a Royal Mail delivery. I thank Valentina for her communication and doing everything that she can to resolve the situation. I will be monitoring my account to make sure that the refund arrives!

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

I would not recommend this company to anybody.
I purchased online a product from them. Their delivery tracker indicated the goods had been delivered when they had not. When I complained to the company and requested a full refund I was greeted with silence.
If they are naive Enough to believe that I will take this lying down then they are in for a shock and I intend to go legal with this complaint and take them to court.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

I ordered a calming bed for my dog over a month ago and it STILL has not arrived. According to their tracking information, it hasn't even arrived in the UK! Now they're refusing to cancel the order and refund my money.

Instead, their solution is for me to wait until it's delivered, refuse the delivery and THEN they'll refund me when it's returned to them. Absolute joke. Complete waste of time and money.

I've asked where their warehouse is in the world because it simply does not make sense (even with the COVID situation). I've had items delivered from Australia in just 2 weeks during this crisis so it just doesn't add up.

Charlatans. The customer service lady - Valentina - is friendly enough over email but the information she dishes out is useless and totally unhelpful. Just don't waste your time or money.

At first it looks like a good buy

At first it looks like a good buy, but make sure you really check the delivery times. This company portrays itself as UK based, and it might be, BUT its delivery times are a joke. On its FAQ's (baring in mind it isn't obvious on any of its ordering pages how long it will take for delivery) it says that it can take 31ish days for a delivery on 'international' orders over busy periods....... a UK based website wouldn't make you think it's an international order, but it clearly is. DONT order of you want a quick delivery, i.e within a week or 2, if you're happy waiting for the item to arrive from China then order away. And don't pay the £3.99 either for the tracked package. When i asked them what i was actually paying for, after i paid for it they said this was for extra 'warranty' to cover the package in transit...... i think they mean insurance in transit but I'm sure this was an innocent mistake, after all this isn't a company based in china.......... Just don't do it. It seriously isn't worth it. OR READ THEIR FAQ's before hand, which is counter intuitive.... they're just not forthcoming with this info.

This is NOT made clear anywhere until an order is made . Ive emailed customer support -
